Parley's PPM Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

I've normally requested James to come do our repairs, but he was out of town so they sent Adam who was also awesome. He came within two hours of when I called in for help. Had everything he needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and we were super pleased with his work. I highly recommend Parley's.

I had a horrifying incident involving a backed up toilet. I have not experienced anything like this. Ever! My landlord was able to contact Parley's immediately and they arrived within an hour. Justin and Jacob went above and beyond to ensure me that they would get the situation taken care of. They were friendly and professional and put me at ease. I will always use Parley's and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I cannot praise Jacob and Justin enough for the great work they do!!!!

As with most plumbing, we had an emergency and parley's responded and sent someone out same day. Of the two plumbers we talked to, Parley's was cheaper, knowledgeable, happy to teach and educate about options for hot water heaters. Also, for a generous tip, they did our job starting at 4pm and worked until 11pm.

PPM is awesome. New Furnace. Installed perfectly. They are the best! I have used Parleys for two water heaters and a furnace. They are awesome! I am very confident in their ability to perform.

The people at this company were so easy to work with. Our water heater broke and they had someone out the very next day to install the new water heater. They also took care of a couple repairs for no extra cost, which was very kind. They were also very transparent about the price, so there was no confusion or surprises at the end of the job. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Called for help with leak in water softener Friday at noon technician arrived @ 4 that day and diagnosed problem quickly. Returned first thing Monday morning with replacement tank a quickly completed repairs

James has done a couple of jobs for us and I highly recommend his work. You will be pleased!

We had a great experience working with Parley's PPM. We had a complicated air conditioner problem that was created by the original installers and the Parley's people worked diligently to figure it out. We worked with James, Roger, and Rob - all were incredibly knowledgeable, on time and very professional - absolutely top notch. Delaney in the office was also great to work with - always positive and professional, and kept us informed about appointments and billing. In the future, I wouldn't call anyone else but Parley's PPM.

Collin did a great job of going above and beyond what was asked of him. He was thorough and made sure the job was done correctly. He also made sure to get us the best price on our parts by exploring options within our warranty. Would highly recommend him!

We were out of town on vacation and Parley's came over immediately after we notified them that a friend had noticed a leak in our house. They quickly took care of the work at minimal cost. We were very impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. They gained another loyal customer!
