Parley's PPM Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

Just had some work done on our hot water heater which had somehow sprung a leak. Lee was over ASAP and took care of the problem. In addition, he also did a bit of work on our sinks to get the water flowing properly again and asked over and over if there was anything else he could do. Really wonderful service and am very appreciative of the quick fix he was able to do. He replaced our water heater and got everything up and running only a few hours after a request was put in by the management company of the place I'm staying. Thanks again Lee!!

Parley's PPM installed a natural gas heater in our garage. Ellery did the installation and was terrific to work with.

James performed the removal and installation work in a timely, professional way and left the work area in a nice and clean condition. Our toilet wouldn't stop running & we knew we would need some parts replaced inside the tank. Lee came out to our house on short notice and was extremely helpful! He didn't just replace the part, he got to the bottom of the issue and discovered that a vital part of our water system (the pressure reducing valve) wasn't working properly. This was a huge concern because our home is older & we have been considering replacing the plumbing for the entire house. We had no idea that the valve was damaged and was putting us at risk for a flood, but Lee took care of it. I'm a newer home owner so I still have a LOT to learn, but he was extremely helpful and patient when I had 1 million questions! I'm very wary of calling plumbers because my experience in the past has been pretty terrible. It's hard to feel like you can trust what they are saying a lot of the time and you don't want to be taken advantage of! Lee never once made me feel this way and was very transparent about the cost, which I can appreciate. Parley's PPM is going to be my go-to place for any plumbing, heating or air services from now on!! Thank you guys for your hard work!

They are the most professional and nice and very good at what they do they are always on time they are always explaining what's wrong and they always They always take care of us I would recommend them over anybody else I would never go anywhere else I loved their And there monthly service that they do for us thank you very much and I appreciate it

Lee came out to the house on very short notice and did an amazing job. He was honest and straightforward about what needed to be done and did it efficiently and effectively. Our plumbing under our sink was suspect to begin with, but when he replaced our disposal he rigged it in a way that makes it so we no longer have standing water in our disposal. We’ll be calling Parley’s again.

Great job - well done. We had a bad leak under our sink. Our plumber got here, after hours, within a half hour and had the repair done perfectly within 30 minutes. We're so grateful for their expeditious, quality service.

I had a tankless water heater installed as well as hookups for an apartment size washer/dryer. The work was done the next day after calling the company to inquire about these services. James Barker worked all day to complete the job. He was friendly, professional, and kept me informed of the progress of the job. He left the work area neater and cleaner than he found it. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
