Parley's PPM Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

After several bids for installing a new HVAC system, we received conflicting information on what was actually needed for our home. Casey from Parley's PPM came over after being highly recommended by a personal friend. Casey was great! It wasn't your traditional experience of the salesmen walking around, and then coming back with the bid. Instead, he explained in detail what we needed, why we needed it, and most importantly, what we DIDN'T need. I felt like I was finally able to make an educated decision for our investment. We ran into a snag after finalizing an order with getting the furnace here due to COVID-related delays. The team at Parley's PPM went above and beyond to get creative on how we could get our furnace here and installed on time, before the coldest days of the year hit! Lastly, the install team was great! Casey, Ryan and Rob were all incredibly professional and knowledgeable, walking me through each critical step and decision to make sure everything was done correctly. At the end of the project, you wouldn't have even known we had a project like this done with how clean our utility closet, and surrounding space was (looked better than before they started!). We will definitely be using Parley's PPM for any additional plumbing and heating/cooling needs in the future!!

Great service! Technician was on time, friendly, professional, and fixed our problem. I hired another plumber who used the wrong fittings and made our water come out of the tap RUSTY. Parleys fixed the problem and now we have clean water. The cost was less than expected. I will call Parleys from now on! Thanks!

We have had 2 projects completed by Parley's, and had excellent experiences both times. Free quotes are so much better than other companies. Both our projects wet wanted an idea of cost prior to committing to the project and Parley's was great for that. The technicians were professional, courteous, helpful, and kind both times. Phone service was equally good. Projects were done on time and as promised. I would highly recommend them for any project.

I've used Parley's PPM for 5 1/2 years for our heaters and a/c, and I've always been happy with them. They know their stuff, and if they are able, they will tweak something for me for free while they're at our house. They will suggest ways to save money, such as replacing just one part, to keeping a/c limping along until it dies. They are very patient when answering all my questions. I wish all companies cared this much about customer service!

If I could give SIX stars I would! I had a wonderful experience working with Parley's PPM. Not only was my technician Ryan friendly, clean cut and personable, he was also incredibly competent and helpful. When he was done fixing the leak in one of my bathrooms, he took the time to test, tighten and tune up all the other water fixtures in the home, just to make sure I wouldn't have any problems in the future. I was so impressed by the way that he not only took care of my current need, but also looked ahead and help prevent further issues I could have. I would recommend the service from Parley's PPM to anyone looking for a service technician that is friendly, honest, hardworking, and proactive. Thank you Parley's PPM and Ryan, I know who to call from now on anytime I need help with my plumbing, heating and air.

I left a message over the weekend and was called back almost immediately, and we were able to schedule for the coming week. Ellory came Monday morning and gave us a much more reasonable quote than we had gotten from other places, and was able to fix our faucet issue in an incredible amount of time. 10/10 would recommend!

We have used Parley’s for many years and never been disappointed. They seem to only hire the best plumbers and the most polite. James was on time, worked quickly, consulted with me everything that needed to be done and what it would cost. He was very pleasant and congenial. He even put up with my barking dog. I was having a thumping in my pipes and Collin came out, I told him what the problem was showed him what it sounded like and he was super quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Collin was very professional and kind. Parley’s PPM will definitely be my go to moving forward!

We had 3 different companies give us estimates for the cost of repiping our home. Parley's PPM was by far the best deal. They finished the job in one day. They also threw in some extra repairs without charging me. We worked with Ryan Hansen and James Barker, and they were great! They answered all my questions and were very friendly. We will definitely be using Parley's PPM again.
