We have used them for AC repair during the summer, furnace repair and a late in the day water heater replacement. They arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly, each time. Had a garbage disposal install that needed to be done. Wow! I didn’t think it was possible to find a plumbing/heating/ac company that I actually enjoy doing business with and completely trust. I think most people have a difficult time finding a plumbing/heating/ac company they can trust. I know I’ve personally had the run around from several companies, but I have been so impressed and well taken care of by PPM. They recently installed a tankless water heater and softener in our house and it was a fantastic experience from quote to job done. They were by far the best quote and the most knowledgeable. Where others left information out and overcharged, PPM explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and were 100% upfront with cost and work needed to do the job right. I’ll be a customer for life. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Parley's PPM is a great family run business. They have very talented and smart plumbers and heating and air conditioning technicians. You can always count on them to do their best on taking care of you with their honest opinion. Their pricing is totally fair because you are paying for honesty when it comes to PPM. No one there will try to pull one over on a customer.

We had a GREAT experience with PPM. We thought we just needed to replace our water heater, but it turned out that we had a leak and a whole slew of other problems. ELLERY was so so nice and sooo helpful! He made sure to let us know up front what everything would cost and was helpful with recommendations on what we should do. We will definitely be using PPM again!
