Parley's PPM Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

I was extremely happy with their service. They got someone out within a relatively short time to give me a bid, and then they gave me the lowest bid among several other companies. They completed the work on the same day as the bid, did a great job on the repair. Their guy was very professional and courteous. I will be glad to call them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Rob came by to check our water softener as we felt it wasn’t functioning properly.
He had actually installed our softener several years ago and I remember him from
that experience. He was very nice, highly knowledgeable and above all HONEST!!!
So today when he arrived I knew I was in good hands and grateful it was him !!!
I had an experience with Any Hour that was not pleasant to say the least. Also had
an experience with Neerings to which I felt they were not straight with me and
suggested items that needed to be corrected and replaced.

My radiant floor heating was not working and Parley's was incredibly responsive getting me in the next day. The technician was able to work around my schedule and came and fixed the solution for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

At the beginning of our repair process we had some hiccups and struggles figuring out the issues with our leaking pipes. There were a few issues with the scheduling and dispatch but we were very pleased how management handled the situation. Jim made us feel very important as client and was great to work with.

I continue to be very impressed with Parley's PPM. Most recently we used them for some plumbing work, a routine service call on our HVAC system, and then happened to have an emergency call shortly after the routine service call. Our A/C system totally failed. My after hours call was routed to Marilyn, who despite the late hour scheduled us for the next morning. The system needed a new compressor, which was under warranty. The staff made a heroic effort to locate and install the part. This significant, unscheduled work was completed by 4 pm that day. Everyone involved was thorough, diligent, and kind. Roger was dogged in solving this problem for us on a tight schedule.

This is an efficient, professional, honest company staffed by kind, gracious people. They are a pleasure to work with. I never feel concern about their work or their recommendations because I know that I can trust them.

Many examples of accommodating special situations, volunteering additional information and resources. Very kind and pleasant people to work with. I can recommend this company without reservation.

These guys went above and beyond to help us out and even worked until way after hours to make sure the job was finished! Definitely appreciated the quick response and extra effort that Jacob and Collin showed to make sure to not leave us without use of our sink even for a short period time . Thank You !

I will always call this company for any of my plumbing, A/C, and furnace needs. I can't count the number of times I've called when in need, and they've provided a quick service for no charge, and shown me how to do it myself next time. Rob was awesome! We just felt like Rob was honest, and he wanted to help us. If we need anything in the future this is where we are going. Super happy with this company and would recommend!
