Since my last review, I called Parley's PPM to replace a water heater at my house and a broken pipe at my mom's house. Rob did both jobs, and his service was excellent! Rob is friendly, professional, and willing to accommodate his schedule to fix issues asap. I highly recommend this company; I always have a great experience with them.

Parley's helped me out in a pinch when I came home for the weekend and the kitchen sinks were backed up. Services like this are a bit costly, especially on a weekend, but competitors were booked out for days. Karston, the technician, came on a Saturday to snake the drain. He was professional, thorough, and cleaned up everything better than it looked before. Thanks for your great work.

I called and ask about how much I owe on the plan I use to flush my tank less hot water heater. I called and well I couldn't get a direct answer the first call... I had to call back the next day and even then I couldn't get a 100% answer... I don't know if the people that work there is all new or what. After that experience I decided to take my business elsewhere as who knows how much that have charged me... (watch your bank account 100% with this company) They charged a great price but you have to have a monthly plan kinda annoying but it was what ever.

I had the guys at Parley's PPM come over to my house to inspect my furnace and some registers because a couple of rooms weren't getting heated properly. I was impressed that they came very close to when they said they would get there (they did call to say they were close). When they came, they listened to all my questions and made some recommendations about the registers that were very affordable and suggested some things I could do myself. After, they came down stairs and looked at the furnace. I liked that they shared very positive things that were going well with it, and talked to me about each option that would improve the effectiveness of the furnace. They were very knowledgeable about our system. I didn't feel like they were there to gouge me with all sorts of expenses (as I have felt with others). They even made a few corrections that were easy to make at no additional expense. I have to say It was a very refreshing visit. No pressure, no gimmicks, just good ol' fashion service! Thanks to Parley's PPM!

We had a great experience with Parley's PPM Plumbing. First with Pat, who took our call and set us up with a quick appointment to have our problem assessed. Second with Justin our technician. He knew what was wrong and fixed the issue. He was careful, fast and courteous. We felt the price was fair. We would definitely use Parley's PPM Plumbing again. They were awesome!!!

I used them twice but will likely not use them again. They recommended Allstar services and repair to come camera our main line for free after Parleys cleared our mainline. After getting a second opinion on the results of the camera viewing we concluded that Allstar is not an honest company. They told us we needed to replace all our underground pipes $13k and that anything the backup water touched must be removed and that insurance would pay for most of it. All of the statements were false. They wanted to get started right away 2 days before Christmas. So glad we got a second opinion. Such a downer to have spent multiple Christmas vacation days trying to sort out truth from lies just to get a basement drain backup flood dealt with. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and Parleys should not be recommending the "free" services of a very predatory and dishonest company.

They were very polite and professional from the initial phone call for service all the way through the plumber meeting with us. Our water heater started leaking and he was able to check it out, show us what the problem was, and replace it all in the same visit. He wasn't pushy about what needed to be done and he was very polite and patient with us and all of our questions. It was starting to rain/snow outside and so he immediately put on shoe covers and laid down carpet covers throughout the house to prevent any footprints or carpet/floor damage from the water heater replacement.

I had a garbage disposal installed yesterday. Lee, the service rep was prompt professional and efficient.
However, when I researched the price of the unit installed I found it retailed for $125. The install took half an hour from arrival to departure. My home is a mile away from the office. I was charged $414. This is ridiculous.
Then I was sent an email for a review but the link just goes back to their website. I responded to the mail and have heard nothing back.
The two stars are for Lee. The lack of the other three is for gouging me on the price.
Unable to recommend these guys.
Recently heard from Jim and received a $50 credit. Happier with the price now but still feel the labor is high for half an hour's work. I'll change to three and a half stars.
