Andrew was our technician in Draper. We were getting ready to walk out the door for trick-or-treating and noticed our basement was starting to flood due to a leak in our water heater. We called and the on call technician showed up within the hour. He said that unfortunately it was not repairable and that we needed a new water heater. He explained in detail why it was not a repairable problem. He gave us options, but ultimately we told him what we wanted and he suggested one that we ended up going with. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel better about the hole in our pocket this water heater now created. He was very respectful of cleanliness and explaining noises and smells that were going on during the installation.

We were very happy with this company. I'm often nervous inviting repairmen into our home because I never know who is going to show up, but Scott was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything that was going on in a way that I could understand, was very knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and fix our plumbing problem quickly. We'll definitely be calling Expert Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Huge kudos, especially to Derek who was the technician. Not only did he arrive early, but he was very friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem VERY quickly and repair it on the spot! I also appreciate that he was a veteran! Well definitely use them again just based off of Derek!

They came out and diagnosed an issue with my furnace fan and replaced the needed parts, which wasn't easy. I feel that some other companies would have just recommended replacing the furnace due to the difficulty of the repair, but Expert was honest and professional as always. I can't recommend this company enough, they are awesome. Definitely our go-to for any services that they offer.

There is never a good time for your water heater to go out. But on New Years eve? I was sure that the service call would be out of my price range because of the holiday. To my surprise it wasn't. The customer service I received was top notch, and the serviceman that came to our house was very professional and knowledgable. What I thought was going to be a nightmare, turned out to be rather pleasant. He had everything to fix the water heater on his truck and was in and out in an hour. Wow, did these guys come through. We're new restaurant owners, and recently got a call from our store that the water heater was completely out–no hot water at all. Bad news for a restaurant. It was late enough on that day that we couldn't do anything about it, but Expert Plumbing stepped up to the plate and got us taken care of the very next day on New Years Eve, and at what I thought was a great price (we had a new water heater installed.) Everyone from their office personnel to the owner of the company was friendly and super-professional. They're our go-to plumbers from now on :)

Expert was available right away, we actually had to ask them to come later because we needed to go to a baptism. The technician they sent was friendly, competent, and helpful. He took care of our clogged main drain without mess and the price was fair. We had a great experience.

We love Siaosi at Expert Plumbing. We will use him for all of our plumbing needs. We had low water pressure in one of our bathrooms. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He found and fixed the problem taking extra time to be careful with our walls and cabinets. Expert plumbing prices are also very fair.

John from Expert Plumbing has done 2 large repairs in my home. He was extremely helpful and respectful. He went above and beyond making sure he was fixing it right; not just good enough. The appointment process was easy, and their texting/notifications were excellent.

It is not an easy thing having plumbing issues in our house, but Scott did everything he could to make it easier for us. We had a leak and water damage in our house. Not only did he repair the leak, but he provided us with the contact info for a flood cleanup company that helped us get our house back to normal. We had as good of an experience as anyone could have in our situation and are happy to recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing services.
