The plumber that came to my home was great. Really liked the guy. The issue was the company's pricing.

I needed a new pressure regulator valve...the plumber said it was an easy fix. The price I was quoted was $475 for the cheapest option (that price includes parts, labor, and taxes).

What bothered me the most was that another company just fixed the same issue for significantly less! The part itself costs $90-$120, and the install literally took less than 15 minutes.

That means that I was quoted $350 for 15 minutes of labor... wow! I'll never call again.

I had a pipe break and flood a finished living room in the basement and needed service asap to fix the pipe and stop the flooding on a Friday afternoon.

I called a local company that advertises everywhere and promises to come at "any hour" and the soonest they could come was 3 days.

I called Expert Services and explained my situation and they had someone there in a few hours. They were able to fix the pipe and take care of the issue quickly and efficiently.

Super happy with our experience! Chase was our technician and he was great to work with! Super friend and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong and was able to get right to work.

Excellent service and expert advice. We thought we needed a furnace replacement, so it would have been easy for our tech to simply sell us a new furnace. But he assessed and explained the problem, told us what to watch for, and gave us several options. He was great.

We will definitely call Expert the next time we need anything.

My repair guy Siaosi was AMAZING! He was punctual, kind, patient, and efficient! Took the time to answer any questions and explain his findings on the water heater. Brought it up to code and deep cleaned everything before installing the new one. Very impressed with him and the work he did. Definitely will use this company and if possible him again! Such a great experience, especially with it being my first time dealing with this sort of thing. So glad we called the experts. Definitely NOT false advertising there!

Greg arrived minutes after calling about a water heater malfunction as well as a pump failure in my basement. He immediately got into the mix and worked on fixing the problems. His service was second to none, described the recommended course of action, even advising me how to deal with my warranty(even though my warranty company uses a different contractor). I was seriously blown away by his professionalism and humanity, these things are truly missing in today’s society and he’s a shining spot that gives me hope. I’ll be dealing with Expert Services for any and all necessary repairs that are outside my scope of knowledge. One of those companies you tell others to use even if they don’t need anything right now. Thank you Greg, I’m truly grateful to have contacted you!

Super helpful! I had two servicemen at my house today (AC and electrical). They were both courteous, knowledgeable and hardworking. I was so grateful they were able to help me sort out our home issues so promptly. Booking on Yelp was very easy. I enjoyed the updates of when to expect the men to come and I appreciated that they sent a pic and bio. So impressed!

Chase and Forest were very professional in serving our needs. They kept us informed on their progress and if they needed to leave to pick up more parts they kept us in the loop .

They suggested things that we should be aware of that should be replaced in the future so that we could plan.

John was professional, and went the extra mile to replace everything to make our new boiler function properly. They stayed way past normal hours to make sure we had before thanksgiving. We will definitely use expert plumbing again
