Expert Services - Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday. We reached out to Expert and they were able to send a technician out that evening to look at it. We appreciated that someone was able to come out so soon with it being as hot as it had been. The technician diagnosed the issue and told us that he would not be able to look into getting the part until Monday. Before he left, he dropped the heavy part down our stairs and took a chunk out of the drywall, but did not bring it up before leaving. He told us that either way he would contact us by Monday evening to give an update. He did not follow up with us on Monday. The following day we were told that the part would take 2 weeks to get. We reached out to another company and they were able to get the exact part that we needed right away.

I couldn’t recommend expert enough!! They have been to my house on many occasions and always fix the problems I run into. I love how personable they are, and I feel like they actually care about my family! I had COVID and had to reschedule an appt with them, and they didn’t mind at all, and when I’ve talked to them on the phone or had them come in, they all asked how our family was doing and genuinely cared about our well-being - and I was shocked a company would remember that a few months later. Not only that, but they are super helpful and always happy to explain things to you and fix your problem 100%.I truly love this company!

Chandler was great. Friendly and professional but really quick and clear about the job. We have been trying to fix this issue ourselves for a year and a half and he did it in about 20 minutes! Price was fair and communication with the office was easy.

Expert Heating was able to come to my home quickly, even though it was not an emergency. Richard was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, and quickly identified the issues. He troubleshot the system and only did the repairs that were needed and provided quotes for items I asked about. I will definitely do business with them again...in fact I am as they will be returning tomorrow to do some gas line work tomorrow!

I can not give enough stars to Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical. They were AMAZING to work with! They went above and beyond to find the problem that we were having with our plumbing. George quickly came out after hours when we first had our flood/backup and answered so many of our questions. We were so thankful! And Jason was great to work with when he was filming our pipes, also giving us the answer that we were so desperately looking for! We are grateful that he put in the time to really care about our needs. Shay was also extremely polite and professional in the office when trying to set up our appointments. I'd definitely CALL THEM!! You won't be disappointed!!

I wish I could give three different 5 star reviews, one for each service I received. I just moved into a home and had a consultation for HVAC, electric, and plumbing.

HVAC- Chris K. did an amazing job. He really listened to our needs, explained his recommendations in a way I could understand, and helped us pick a great unit for our house. He was kind, funny, friendly, and professional.

Electric- Stewart M. came to my house and provided excellent customer service. Firstly, he helped me understand what upgrades I needed, which were not as substantial as I had thought. Secondly, he was able to make adjustments to his work half-way through due to a miscommunication between my husband and I. He was incredibly accommodating and kind. He works really fast too!

Plumbing- George L. went way above and beyond with some of the issues I had. He didn't have to go so far out of his way to explain what I needed to know to take care of my home, but he did! And I am so grateful!

For all 3 experiences, I was treated like a person rather than a number. I was given expert advice that fit my needs to a T. The work provided was provided quickly, professionally, and effectively. All 3 men were accommodating, kind, and professional.

Not only would I recommend these folks to service your home, I will be using their services again.

Bryant was friendly, efficient and even cleaned up my white cabinets after finishing his work. They wear masks, shoe booties and are very respectful of your space while working. Super impressed with the service and employees.

Everyone I dealt with at Expert was first rate. The scheduler was pleasant and efficient. I was notified a little prior to the arrival of the technician as I had requested. The technician, Chandler, was very knowledgeable and skilled. He did the work I needed quickly and well. The pricing was very fair. I will be using expert for future needs.

This was for a plumbing call on a backed up main drain. They were professional and arranged for the clean-up/mitigation company. Cindy, who I spoke with each time, was amazing, empathetic and professional. She got it done! Though the clog cleared on its own and they could not find a likely reason for the clogging of the drain, they did look at it with a camera the entire length of the line and found a possible "belly" or low spot. Loved that they sent text messages with technicians picture which created a safe and trusting experience. A+ for communication. I would highly recommend.

We've now used these guys twice and both times we got excellent, fairly priced service. The technicians both were great guys and really knew their job. The conversation was pleasant, and both times they were in and out so quick, it was surprising.
Our latest experience was with Scott V. He did a great job and I'd recommend him to anyone.
