Highly satisfied. They kept me updated though out the day when the technician would be coming. Derick the technician did a great job replacing our air conditioning blower motor and was very courteous and friendly. Would recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I gave them a call at 7 in the morning and they had someone out to my residence within the hour. I got a very kind gentleman named Chandler. Chandler explained my options, gave me pricing and time frames for each of the options. In the end I replaced my water heater. He did it the same day, within the time frame he quoted me, and within the pricing he gave as well. The prices were lower than I was expecting and they had a coupon on their website that saved me even more. I was expecting the problem to be a hassle and have to have days of cold showers. Due to their great work I really wasn't inconvenienced at all and I appreciate it. I am very happy with the service I got and will continue to use them in the future.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and get a shop heater up and running. Very professional, punctual and fast. Price was very fair. I didn’t feel like they were trying to up sell me or charge me for things that didn’t need to be repaired. I will definitely use them again!

The plumbing for our bathtub started leaking into the condo below us.
Expert services was very responsive and had someone out here quickly.
I opted to do more plumbing work on top of fixing the leak. They got it done starting the next morning. It was a two person job and seemed pretty difficult since working in an older condo building means surprises.
JT and his partner were very professional and took the time to do the job right.
I've worked with Expert before, and they're always been honest and have given me options and what I feel is an objective opinion.

Just thought I would let you know john has come and gone and we are very happy customers. John’s work is excellent. The materials he used on the water heater install were of the highest quality. We cannot say enough good things about john and his work. Expert Home Service by an expert. What a combination!

Today JT came and unclogged my bathroom sink and repaired my tub faucet. He did an incredible job by explaining what the issue was with both problems. He was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use Expert Services in the future.

I mean this 100% - BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Chris King is the most genuine, hardworking, professional man I have ever known. Install was clean, air is cold, his recommendations were on point, they cleaned up all the boxes, were courteous with my children and wife and got the job done on time. Cannot recommend this company enough, if you want your HVAC done right choose Expert Plumbing, have had bad experiences with other companies, go with a company that sets the standard for high quality and proficient equipment and installation. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Chris was awesome.. he couldn't be nicer or more knowledgeable. I called him out for an after hours call on Saturday night, which turned into an all day event for him and another tech on Monday. They were very professional and did a good job for us. I'm happy to have cool air again. I'm sorry, I didn't get the other techs name. The after hours call out charge was 20$ less then a competitor..... which we didn't end up paying, cause he came back Monday with my new ac and furnace.

I will recommend them to anyone who ever needs any of their services. Richard HVAC, and Anthony plumbing, are on our latest project (Flood recovery) and are excellent. They make sure I am well versed in what they are doing and why, that they are not charging for anything I don't want, but are making sure that everything is happening that will keep my homes systems working for a good long time. Last spring (2018) I remodeled my bathroom, and Alan (plumbing, but I hear he's out of the business now), Richard, and Stewart one of their electricians were excellent. The people in the main office are wonderful too, they made sure all the billing and scheduling went smoothly. This is still a small family run company. The owner even ran out to do demo when the flooring contractor moved up their date and my plumber couldn't make it. Sometimes as a woman I can feel uncomfortable with service people in my home when I'm alone, but have never had that feeling once with any of the 6 people from their tight knit group here. Also being bonded and insured is a big deal to me.

I would recommend Scott Nixon from Expert Plumbing Heating & Air to anyone who needs help with plumbing in their home. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and does top quality work. We were sold on Scott from the first came to our home to fix our sink. He took time to explain the problem, answer our questions, and even followed up a few days later to make sure there weren't any problems. Since he came, we have not gone to anyone else for plumbing needs and we won't as long as we live here. Scott has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and, I believe, lives up to the company name.
