I was really happy with the service I got from expert plumbing. They showed up on time (and were even a touch early!), were friendly and professional, and solved three plumbing issues I had quickly and accurately. They had all the parts they needed too. I was very happy with my experience.

Every experience I’ve had with Expert has been superb! Chandler the technician is phenomenal. He is friendly, efficient, reliable, and always gets the job done. He replaced our garbage disposal, And has helped with plumbing issues that we’ve had. I Highly recommend this company!

I had a pipe and an outdoor faucet that needed replacing. Expert Plumbing was immediately responsive, sending me text and email updates at every step of the process. John was my technician, and he showed up on time and was very friendly. He showed me on site via his tablet exactly the part I would need and how much it would cost to replace, including labor. He then completed the project right on the spot and took my card payment immediately after - no need to call and deal with another person or figure out a cumbersome online portal. Very easy and completely transparent the entire time. Will definitely be using John and Expert Plumbing in the future!

Anthony came by for what I thought was just a routine drain clean out. Turned out to be roots had grown through pipes underneath our home and offset the pipes. He broke through cement fixed the pipes filled it all back in and was done the same day. I couldn’t believe how well prepared and quick he was to help us out of a jam. He just got right to work and we can do laundry again the next day. Anthony was professional and worked hard the whole day, and really barely even took a break. So impressed by this company. I also felt like their prices were fair, and still am in shock at how much they did in one day. Thanks Anthony and thanks expert plumbing. I have 4 bathrooms that we demoed last year and they all need new plumbing, I will definitely be calling Anthony to come back and help us out with the new install! Thanks guys!!

We worked with Allen and he was great! We needed a new water heater and a bunch of different valves and thing replaced (all I know was....it was a big and complicated job!) and he was able to work us into his schedule really quickly and get that taken care of so that we could have hot water again! It was obvious that he was taking great attention to detail and even told me he had spent the night before thinking it through so the job would go smoothly when he actually came to our apartment. He was really friendly too. I would most definitely go back to Expert if I needed any more service in the future!

Our electrical technician Jeff has come to our house twice now, and both times has been very professional, polite, and personable. We had a complete kitchen remodel that exposed some cool challenging electrical rework, and Jeff was more than up to the task. His work is top notch. He doesn't leave until you're happy with the work. The next time we need some electrical work done, we'll definitely ask for Jeff!

JT is excellent. He's professional, goes out of his way to explain things well and does a good job even when it requires extra work (it took him a couple hours to un-stick my stuck garbage disposal and didn't charge extra). He's so good I ask for him every time!

Chris K. came over and went above and beyond to get my house warm again. My wife and I are relatively new homeowners, and Chris K. really helped us learn about our furnace. He's the type of guy you'd want to have come to your house any time there's an issue. A guy you can trust. I'd refer Expert and Chris K. to anyone. If you need help with something I'm your home, you have our word that Expert will do it right.

And another happy experience with Expert! Jim came to help us today with our furnace. Jim can come back again any time!

Richard was able to figure out what was going on with our furnace quickly and now it's running better than ever. He even took the time to give us some pointers on how to make sure it ran efficiently at the beginning of each season. Friendly and professional!

After a 1:00 AM back-up of my main drain, a service tech from Expert Plumbing arrived to fix it in under an 60 minutes, which crucial because I had to leave for the airport in 90 minutes. The plumber took care of everything quickly and efficiently and with a fantastic attitude at 2:00 AM! He even brought a restoration company rep with him to begin cleaning everything while I was out of town. I love these guys!
