We had a great experience getting our main water line repaired. Expert Plumbing made a frustrating experience much easier to manage. They did a really good job communicating, working with us on solutions, and offering a great price. They went above and beyond to make sure things were cleaned up in the end and to ensure that we were satisfied. Very pleased!

A couple of months ago, we had need of a plumber. Not knowing a plumber to call, I called Expert based on some reviews I read online. Chandler came to service our needs. I was so impressed with the knowledge, friendliness, quality, really just everything about Chandler. About a month later, we needed a plumber again. I called Expert and Chandler was sent. Again, very impressed! Pricing was more than fair. Last night we came home from being out of town for more than a week. The weather had turned very cold and our furnace had stopped while were gone. Our home was 42 degrees! We instantly thought of Expert, but this time for heating, and they were more than responsive. They didn’t have any appointments for 24 hours but said they would see about fitting us in. They were able to do that and Chris, another awesome employee, came to our home and was able to have our furnace up and running within a half of an hour. I was expecting a very costly repair but was pleasantly surprised...great price and better than that, quality and service are top notch! The service at Expert is the best! Our home is once again warm and cozy in time for Thanksgiving.

After trying to use two other professional plumbing places to come give me bids who then put me off and kept trying to reschedule my appointment, I have been very impressed with expert services. They were very reliable and came when they said they would. They even sent me reminders about my appointment. Devan was very kind and professional in fixing our shower drain. I am grateful.

I had Jorge of expert services install a used 4 year old (like new) Goodman AC that I had aquired. It saved me $3000+ over brand new. Expert services was one of a few companies willing to install customer provided used equipment. They were honest, fair, professional, and responsive.

John is friendly and we had a great conversation while he worked. The price charged for services was fair. I will definitely call Expert Plumbing and Heating if I have a need in the future.

John H. from Expert Services was great. Right from the start he explained the possible issue and the process to repair, including the estimate for the job. John was quick to repair the faulty shower by removing the stuck valve cartridge and cleaning the inner cylinder. He replaced the cartridge and install all of the trim. He validated everything was in working order and to my satisfaction. Very professional expert.

My tankless water heater stopped on Labor Day Sunday with a leak. They arrived within 45 minutes, got to work and had it taken care of within 90 minutes. Very nice and professional. I'm very happy to have my hot water back!

Devan did great job diagnosing and fixing our tankless hot water heater, which kept shutting off on it's own. Our water heater had accumulated mineral deposits from the hard water - which had reduced the water flow. He also set us up with the valves so we could service it easier next year. It was a bit pricey ($600), but that's mostly our fault for not servicing it more regularly to keep the calcium deposits down. I booked an appointment online in the early morning and they were there later that morning!

Greg was awesome. He was quick and very helpful. He fixed things very quickly then gave me advice how to prevent and avoid issue in the future. I called and they had an available appointment that same day. Quote over the phone and price after service was very comparable. I will use Expert if needed in the future.

Stuart was absolutely awesome! He was professional, on time, and had great communication skills. He showed and explained exactly what he was doing, what caused the issue, and answered any extra questions we had. After quickly fixing the issue, he went above and beyond to even check out behind our electrical panel and make sure everything was in good order and all connections were tightened to ensure there were no issues there. The diagnostic fee and price to fix the issue was VERY reasonable for an expert in the field to check it out. We had previously had an electrician come and quote us for $600 to diagnose and fix it, without even opening the light switch to check if it was an easy fix (which it ended up being)! Yikes!

Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric itself was great to communicate in multiple ways to confirm my appointment and to let me know when Stuart was on his way. I will definitely be using Expert Services Utah again and would be happy to have Stuart help us with any further electrical needs!
