Caleb was a great technician! Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the work. He did not pressure us to buy anything extra which other companies do sometimes. Instead he just informed us what to look out for and what's recommended. I felt pretty confident that we are in good hands. Would definitely contact again for services!

I had Absolute come twice once in the spring to take care of my air conditioner and today to install a new water heater. Both interactions were done well and I was impressed that they brought all the tools and parts needed with them. The people were great to work with.

Our AC wasn't working, turned out to be just that our toddler had flipped off the furnace switch that sends power to our thermostat. The technician was really nice about it though, and inspected our HVAC system while he was here. He identified potential problems (as all technicians love to do), but wasn't pushy about upselling us and having us get it all fixed today. When we do decide to get it fixed or upgraded, we'll definitely give them a call.

Came home from vacation to a broken A/C and a blistering hot house. Called and was able to get a technician to come to my house within a few hours.

Kregg (the technician) worked quickly and was able to solve my issue with no problem at all. Not only did he walk me through what the problem and how he fixed it, but also gave me advice on a few other things like my water heater and best care tactics. I felt like my concern was solved in a quick time for a fair price. Will definitely call them again the next time I have a problem.

We started having some problems with our AC unit last month. After using a different HVAC company (sent by our home warranty company) and not trusting what I was told by them, I reached out to Absolute Air for a second opinion. I’m so glad I did because it turns out I was right. The previous HVAC company completely missed the issue. We had Brad and he was phenomenal. So knowledgeable. He included us in every process. Showed us exactly what he was doing. Was upfront about the cost. He was also very friendly to us all (especially my 2 year old that kept pestering him haha).
Very satisfied. We signed up for a program that includes 2 tune-ups per year. I know we are in good hands!
