They were very well informed and do a good, thorough check up of the furnace. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was checking, what it should be at, and how it affects my furnace. He answered all of my questions and do an excellent job.

Technician can out to service and clean the furnace. He did a great job with the furnace and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. There was some miscommunication about the furnace filter that came with the service, the General manager called me and was great to work with, We got it all worked out and they went above and beyond to make it right! its nice to know Covid didn't completely kill customer service

My furnace inducer failed. I called Absolute Air and reported this. Brad came to my home, and began the sales pitch for a new furnace before he had the panels off. He eventually confirmed what I already knew, and stated the board had to be replaced as well. When I questioned him as to why the board had to be replaced he stated that it was discolored, not bad, but discolored. He provided a quote for $1700 for the inducer and board, all while making another sales pitch for a new furnace. We sent him away. I bought the OEM replacement inducer online for $230 and fixed the furnace myself. No board needed
