YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric

Called Absolute and asked them to send out a tech to replace the transformer in my furnace. I had already done the troubleshooting and confirmed the culprit. Tech arrived and confirmed it was bad as well and had 5 of them on his truck. The part was $25 and the labor time to replace it was 10min. He said it would cost me $370 though because I was paying for a professional to do it. Told the tech no way, paid his $70 fee for the 2min to verify what I already knew was the problem and if this review keeps one person from using this company in the future it's $70 well spent. Rip off company with a rip off attitude.

The 1,000+ positive reviews really speak for themselves. Absolute Air was great to work with from the beginning. Honest, personable, real and reliable. Mike helped us get the best pricing available and worked with us to get everything we needed. They arrived early to install everything and worked hard. They answered every question and explained everything thoroughly. No surprises! They had multiple people come out to install each thing so I felt like they each had their specialty and knew their trade well. We're really grateful for Absolute Air. Thanks guys!

Edit 10/27: Absolute commented here saying they would be reaching out and how sorry they were but never did. Simply commenting doesn't change the fact that it's been almost 6 months since your employee hit me and you've done nothing to make it right.

Let me start out by saying that I have used Absolute for a heating issue and they did a great job handling that. However, in May of 2022 I was rear ended by one of their drivers in one of their large box trucks on my way to work. It is now the end of October 2022 and I'm still left with a damaged car after being ghosted by their insurance provider. After spending months trying to get in contact with the provider again as well as Absolute I'm left having to get the repairs handled by my own insurance company.

While they may do good work, I will likely never turn to them for service again after seeing how they handle other aspects of their business.

Tech did a great job. Very pleasant to work with and explained maintenance performed very well.

Absolute Air is a fantastic company! They were a breeze to schedule with and even sent a picture and short introduction of the person coming so I'd know who to expect. The technician who came, Brad, was exceptional and seemed to really know his stuff. Bonus-he wasn't awkward in the least! In my opinion, Absolute Air is a great company in the work that they do and their customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Very personable, but professional. I like that they were honest with what we did and didn't need for our unit, whereas AnyHour just left it vague so we felt like we would need to go up to the more expensive unit.

They also walked us through what units we currently had so even if we hadn't gone with them we were aware of what we were at to replace.

Installer was prompt, courteous, even worked around me needing to be on the phone for work!

The young man that came to do the service and sales were very professional and knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him highly for anyone that cares about the type of people they’re dealing with. Installation went quickly and very professionally. I am impressed with this company and will use them again.
