The technician was courteous. He did a thorough examination of the system and wrote up a report. Answered all of our questions.

Absolute installed a new furnace and air conditioner two years ago. It continues to work perfectly. Today they just came out and thoroughly checked everything out to make sure it was running correctly. The technician was professional, polite and thorough with his inspection. In the end the service was very inexpensive as well. Thanks Absolute!

We needed urgent repair on our AC system, and Absolute worked us in the same day. The technician, Taylor, was prompt and courteous efficiently found the problem, replaced the faulty part, checked the rest of the system, and got us up and running in less than an hour. He made sure we didn’t have any other questions and concerns, and he didn’t leave a mess. Great job!

I had 2 people show up, one serviceman and a “project manager”. I don’t need two people in my home and then to feel like it is a sales pitch from the first moment they say hello feels so fake and not what I was looking for. Come and service my system and head out. If I wanted to buy a system I would reach out and get a quote. Felt like a used car salesman in my house and it was super annoying.

Clint was amazing and got everything done quickly and efficiently, it was a great overall experience!

Caleb was very knowledgable and personable. He arrived shortly after texting and emailing his e.t.a. and went promptly to work inspecting our water heater. He gave great feedback and suggestions on areas that might be of future concern. I'm glad to see Absolute Air adding this service.

Absolute Air are genuine honest people! We had an experience with them in 2018, it was in the summer and we felt our system was inadequate to cool our home the person they sent to us was genuine, he checked our AC/Furnace it was indeed adequate for our home's square footage and the units were older & performing adequately however he honestly told us maybe another 4 years of life was left so really no need to purchase. We inquired what new units would cost us and he gladly took the time to show & explain the cost of the units at that time.
He was kind, professional and honest, we were grateful for the integrity of this man that Absolute Air had employed. We knew who we would call when the time arrived to replace our units, the company who hired honest employee's to told you the truth about your units. :-)
Our AC system died late afternoon July 14, 2022, no less in the record breaking heat in Utah in years. I called Absolute Air they were closed but I could text and I did.
Absolute responded with in 30 minutes, totally amazing!!
I shared my needs and my story about their honest employee we met in 2018. I was told that he had retired but I was promised that we would be taken care of, in the same manner. They kept that promise too. :-)
Gary Yarn the project manager was here Friday morning July 15th for our appointment.
Gary was everything promised, genuine, honest, kind and helpful to our needs, we were taken care of as promised the day before.
Our installation day arrived and we were again so pleased with the service we received both times an email and a picture of the employee that was sent, the employee texted when he would be arriving at our home.
We had a wonderful team, Andrew Hudson and Jesse were our installers.
Andrew explained any question's that we may of had, so honest and kind. They both were wonderful, professional and kind. Excellent workmanship.
We love our new Lennox, what more can one say about a Lennox?
Then a surprise one evening, the sister of the owner of Absolute Air, came by to bring us a box of amazing cookies that she had made herself.
She wanted to know how we were doing, how we liked our units, was there anything that we needed, so caring and kind.
Well let me tell you, Crumble Cookies has nothing on this lady, she has the business for sure!
