YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric

We received Incredible service from the crew that came to install our home generator and update our electric meter. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. They were also pleasant in answering all our questions. My Husband and I could not be more
pleased with their installation.

They installed a home generator for us. Was very impressed by their timeliness and professionalism. They use all the modern day communication tools to make everything easy on you, from booking to payment—and their quote came in waaaay under the other bids. The work was super clean and they even went above and beyond with a couple things. These guys rule. Use them.

The company has rebranded and it now called YES HVAC, Plumbing, Electric (St George, Utah) or something like that. Our job was a back-up generator installation.
The lead technician (Peter Wilson) was professional & responsive to our needs. The finish product looks great. If there's a complaint, you can't seem to get a receipt out of them. (Curse those excited electrons.)

They were really good they trouble shooted and fixed a problem

I cannot recommend Marcos enough! We had out water heater break and flood the basement the night before we had an appointment with him for some electrical work. My husband was out of town and I was at a loss of what to do with my 3 little kids at home. I was trying to clean the water up and move things around so he could work. Marcos called his colleague (Plumber Nick with Absolute Air) and got him over within a couple of hours. Though he was there to help with our electrical issues, he knew just what to do with the flooding. He made sure the water and gas were properly turned off, emptied the water tank with a hose and helped me clean up the mess until the plumber got there. I still can't believe how kind he was to help me out so much - I am so grateful for people like Marcos. He did a great job with our electrical issues and hung a very complicated chandelier perfectly - he even went and got us some extra bulbs when I realized I didn't have enough. We are so happy with the quality of his technical work, but more importantly happy with his kindness and quality of character. He went above and beyond today for our family and I couldn't be more grateful. THANK YOU! He deserves all the accolades and raises!

They installed a home backup generator. They were very good, I was impressed. Enjoyable to talk with and did a great job.

Can't give you estimated prices over the phone, even if you know exactly what you need, you have to pay close to $70 to have a technician come to your house before you even have any idea what the could charge

I had a Generac generator installed March 2021 and worked with Roger and was very pleased at the thoroughness and level of professionalism. I got a call to schedule annual service today and they said $345 which sounded very high. I called the other company I had considered purchasing from and they were $195-HUGE DIFFERENCE! I called Captain Electric back and they answered by another name and said they purchased them. I am assuming the new company is price gouging past customers so beware!
