Admiral Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Mason came out the day we needed him. He was amazing, professional and quick. So impressed with him. Mason and Roger both helped us before, when they were with another company. They are fantastic. Great assets to Admiral. The person who answered the phone and coordinated the work getting done was wonderful too!

I couldn’t have received better service. The technician went the extra mile and was willing to problem solve issues. He was professional explained. Everything did his work quickly and neatly and cleaned up after himself. He even waited for me to call Lynn another issue that I had not remembered so that he could also get authorization to fix that as well.

My wife and I were just minding our business down in the basement when my wife picked up a small droplet sound resonating from somewhere. I thought it was coming through the walls but eventually found out it was coming directly from our water heater. It was leaking and I felt out of my element to know what exactly was going on so I called up Admiral Plumbing to take a peek!

They were incredibly responsive and were able to get a technician on over to check it out. In no more than 10 minutes, he arrived and was able to assess the situation and find out that our water heater had kicked the bucket. It was, after all, 13 years old so it was bound to happen.

He was able to give us a quote and could get it all done today which we thought was great. He managed to get everything within half an hour, a new 50-gallon water heater (upgrade from our 40 gallon), new parts, and everything, and was able to get that all in with relative ease. He later showed us what all was replaced, what each part did, and everything in between. He was extremely informative and really made us at ease knowing everything was good to go.

Admiral Plumbing has always been fantastic in the past. They fixed our air conditioning unit last summer by replacing the coils as opposed to replacing the whole unit. Any Hour was quoting a crazy amount of money to replace the entire unit whereas Admiral Plumbing saw a cost-effective solution that was a fraction of the price. So we did the same for our water heater and were not disappointed! Thanks once again, Admiral Plumbing!

I called Admiral because I had a bad leak in my kitchen sink. John fixed that leak completely, but also noticed that I needed a pressure regulator where the water main enters my house. We had recently replaced polybutylene pipe with pex, but our contractor didn’t install a pressure regulator in the pex.

As we were talking with John, we also mentioned that we had heard some pipe hammering when operating our washer, so he installed some dampeners to help with that. He did all this in just a couple of hours and it was all a major relief.

What really took his service over the top was that he came back a few days later to help with a leak in our new shower (installed by the same contractor who had installed the pex), but he didn’t even charge us for his time. He completely fixed that leak, too.

I’ve worked with plumbers from big national companies like Roto-Rooter in the past and their service and fees are are horrible. This isn’t my first good experience with Admiral, though, and I’ll be going with them from now on.

John was great to work with! He showed up on time, was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be repaired, and was very efficient and getting done quickly. They were even able to get me in the same day as my phone call! he was friendly, willing to work with us, and I will definitely recommend their services to anyone.

John White from Admiral plumbing has been incredibly helpful in our plumbing needs. We have used him multiple times and in each instance he is quick to respond. We had two tank water heaters both of which began leaking. He clearly outlined the possible options for resolution and once we informed him he was out the next day to begin installing a tankless water heater and water softener. His work on the install was clean and completed quickly.

The second instance we utilized John with Admiral Plumbing was due to a faulty valve for our refrigerator supply line. We called him late in the day and he was out first thing the following morning to address. The responsiveness and quality of work is why we will continue to use Admiral Plumbing for all of our needs.

John was able to take care of my plumbing needs quickly and on time. He was professional and let me know right away what the cost would be. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Roger came to service our AC system. He was very polite and professional. He shared all of the testing that he did on our AC and the results. He found that our AC is about to go on us and explained why. Wile this was not good news he was very professional and did not push to have the system replaced right now. He answered all of our questions and took our system information so we could get an idea of the cost we would be looking at when we are ready to get a new system. Jim then called soon after Roger left and gave us all of the information we needed on a new system. He also did not push to have the system put in now and was also very professional. Once our AC dies we will be calling them to have it replaced for sure! A+++ for this company I highly recommend them!

We bought & had a soft water unit installed. From the very first call to the office, the service was unbelievably great! Within minutes, we received a call from a fantastic technician…..Jonathan Fait. The initial phone call with the technician was followed by an installation bid and actual installation the next day. Jonathan was prompt, VERY qualified, respectful and competent. 3 hours after he arrived, he had explained & quoted a system he recommended, picked up the unit, installed it, demonstrated it, gave us his personal phone # in case we had questions and was gone…..job well done!! Any future plumbing needs we ever have, the first & only call will be to Admiral Plumbing!! Rating…..5+

We've had experiences with other plumbers where they were trying to get us to agree to services we didn't need or charging us outrageous prices for the work done. Not so with Admiral Plumbing. The plumber who came was not trying to sell us anything - he came and spoke honestly about the problem and took care of it quickly and professionally. He even advised us about another simple issue we were experiencing and we were able to easily fix it ourselves. We've finally found our go-to plumber.
