Questionable people running reception and/or training. I had a bad experience and then I think the owner reached out to me and explained the woman I spoke to was new. It was a nice gesture because my conversation with her was agitating. Still deciding on whether I do business with them.

We worked with a contractor to get a new garage going on our property. After we signed everything, we found out that we needed to move our main power source coming into the home since it interfered with the location of the garage. Unfortunately the construction dates were already set, so we needed somebody to help us with this project fast.

Could not have asked for a better group to come out and help. They knew that because of my ignorance about how everything works I'd put us under a hellish timeline, and they still delivered. The project was harder than anticipated, but they worked with both the city and our local electricity provider to complete everything on time. They removed such a burden from me to get it all done. Would love to have them back any time I need electrical work done. They went above and beyond anything I anticipated. They were transparent and professional in everything that was happening. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Had work done last year and something in the system stopped working.... Captain electric was fast to respond and repaired the issue for free under their workmanship warranty. Their price last year was fair and the invoice was provided immediately. If you have not considered them for your electrical needs, you should! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Marcos redid the electrical for our entire house. He did a fantastic job! We could not recommend him enough. He went above and beyond - made suggestions for things we should change (we have been living here for 4 months and those suggestions were spot on), and even came back to help with a few issues the same day we called.

We hired Captain Electric to add an AC outlet above our mantle so we could wall-mount our TV. They replied promptly and gave us a quote and answered some questions via the messenger.
