My A/C went out on a Friday night, after a triple digit day. I replaced the capacitor 3 years ago, and it looked fine, so I figured the fan motor was bad. I went in ready to spend $$$ on a new motor, but Alan told me I had better check the capacitor, just in case. I drove home, pulled the capacitor, and drove back in. Alan tested the capacitor, and sure enough, it was dead. He gave me a discount on the new capacitor, even though I bought the old capacitor somewhere else. He said that it shouldn’t have gone out as soon as it did. 30 minutes later I’m sitting in my house, with the A/C on full blast. Honesty and integrity go a long way. Thanks!

Amazing customer service. Nick was here to repair my dishwasher. Very friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. The dishwasher works great. I highly recommend, will definitely use in the future.

I dropped into the service center on Saturday to discuss a HVAC issue. Alan was such a great help and provided additional guidance with my Carrier Heater. Replacing the power board was the solution. I was so thankful for his time that Alan spent discussing our options. I know I want Kearsley to replace my furnace when the time comes. Thank you!!!!

Drove up from Salt Lake City on the weekend because my AC went out. Everyone was extremely helpful in getting me the parts I needed and advising me on how to get them installed. Definitely worth the drive I would highly recommend getting the parts you need here.

They came out next day to fix my gas fireplace. Technician was so nice and even though the issue was very small he made sure I understood the process so that I could fix it if it ever happened in the future. I will definately call them again!

Don't hesitate to check with these guys before calling a repairperson. Alan, who is extremely nice and helpful, aided me in diagnosing the problem with my AC. With his guidance, I discovered it was a broken capacitor rather than a overheated fan motor. He also walked me through the installation steps. All of this assistance combined to save me hundreds of dollars! These guys rock!!!
