I give 5+ stars to Jason, the excellent, knowledgeable and very kind service guy who came to my house. He helped me understand the issues we were having with our furnace, taught me how to do some simple maintenance procedures and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He was super respectful and understood my frustrations and fears and talked me through them. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 was because I was misquoted a price on the phone prior to Jason coming and I was very stressed and upset when he told me the actual amount it would be upon reaching my home. He was compassionate and empathetic and I sincerely appreciated him. Jason is the best.

I had to replace the belt and pulley kit for my dryer multiple times within a 3 month period. It would run great for a month and then start squeaking. These parts were not warrantied by the manufacturer nor were they manufactured by the same company my dryer was made by. Alan went out of his way to take care of me by giving me an original manufactured pulley and did not charge me for it. I was able to fix it after that. I have always experienced great customer service and will continue to go back.

I called at least half a dozen companies looking for a thermal fuse for my dryer and nobody had it. Kearsley seems to have any and all appliance parts and the price was very reasonable. Great hardware store, I highly recommend them. He even helped me test the part to make sure it was indeed the fuse, which it was. Great service!

One of the most honest businesses I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve probably save me $2000 by helping me to fix my appliances rather than replace them. Last week my chest freezer died we were looking to replace it would’ve been at a minimum 700 bucks 20 minutes at their store and $34 for a part later five minutes to install everything now works perfect recommend them to anybody.

The technician that came to my house found what the problem with my furnace was quickly, but didn't call me back like he said he would until over 24 hours. When I recieved the call they quoted me over $1400 for the part plus labor. The part that went bad was $10 for a cracked resistor but not knowing if there was any damage to anything else I decided to purchase the parts that the technician quoted me and I spent $450 and fixed it myself. I did pay the technician $75 for coming out and diagnosing the problem. He did diagnose the issue fairly quickly, but didn't call me back real fast as he told me he would. I would definitely suggest calling around to multiple HVAC shops before you make a decision on who to choose from.

Josh did an amazing job getting the furnace lite for my friend. She is a single lady that needed help to get her house warmed up, I tried to help her light it with no success a friend of mine referred me to Kearsley so we gave them a call. They came the same day. Josh changed 2 fuses and also found a wire that was in the wrong place. Problem solved at a reasonable price.

Our ice maker broke in our Samsung refrigerator. Lukas came out, replaced the ice maker and charged us $600. It still wasn't working and we had him come back out. We asked him if he knew this refrigerator had been recalled and he said he did. We asked why he didn't tell us because Samsung would have repaired it free of charge. He didn't have an answer but said he would talk to the owner and see about a refund. He promised to call us the next day. It's been 2 weeks, we haven't heard from them. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS SHADY OUTFIT

This company has outstanding customer service. After a weekend of me trying to fix my Furnace, it came down to me calling 5 minutes before closing time needing one last part to get my a/c going again and the store manager (Alan) offered to stay after closing time just so I could get my unit back up and running. On top of him going out of his way to help me finish the job he and the rest of the employees were very helpful with any questions I had. Thanks! I highly recommend using these guys for your parts needs.
