The service center store looks small, but so far Dick Kearsley has had every item I have needed from stove top electrical items to furnace repair items. Everyone so far has been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The attitude seems not to sell you parts, but to sell you the right part or parts.

I broke the flame sensor on my furnace last night at 11pm. Had to go through the night without heat. Nobody else around town had the part i needed to fix it myself. Excellent customer service and knew exactly what my part was before i even got to the counter to ask for it. Definitely will come back and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Started out a $500-$600 job to install a swamp cooler. Then needed to do wiring, said it would be $200-$300 more. Still couldn't figure it out. Actually asked me to pray with then for help. Thought they were joking until it happened! Took 3 days and help from an electrician I know. Kept telling me don't worry we'll figure it out and won't charge for extra time. Ended up wanting to charge me $1800. I said no. Ended up selling on $1288 which I still wish I hadn't paid! Was going to have them back for duct work and a hot water heater, not now.

If you like fixing things on your own this is the place to go for parts. I had to replace my combustion blower motor and they had the part in stock ready to go. It cost a little more than some online stores but to have it the same day instead of waiting a week freezing our butts off totally worth it.

I needed a part for my dryer and strolled in with the old part without a worry in the world. I hand it to Alan and ask if he has this part for a whirlpool dryer and he calmly asks me if I have the model number for the dryer to which I reply I'm an idiot and didn't think to get that. He kept his cool and went in the back to do his best to match it up with the correct one.He nailed it by the way. He assured me I could bring it back if it's not the right piece and even let me know I could call in the model number and he would have it ready for me. Real good guy. I will be using them for all my repair needs. Thanks guys. PS- reminder to everyone to provide model numbers when you can.

Bad service. All they do is try to up sell you things you don't need and charge you for things they never did. The service tech was very pushy. Blake wouldn’t take “please let me talk with my husband before we make any $2,000 decisions.” He just wanted to hurry and get the job done without discussing with me. I would never recommend this company. Save your money. -Scott Barker

Saturday morning and my induction motor went out, I panicked. My sister recommended Dick Kearsley so I called. The gentlemen that answered was quick and efficient in finding my part in stock. Upon arriving we were greeted by Allen(he answered the phone call too) who treated us wonderfully. He answered all my rookie questions and made sure I had all I needed for the job. Thanks Allen, you made this job so easy. My new go to parts supplier is Kearsley thanks to Allen.

Recently installed a furnace and air conditioner in my older home. The techs were very nice and professional and made sure that I knew how to work all my new equipment before they left. The original quote was reasonably priced, and my final bill matched the quote. I am very happy with the service I received.
