I've used Arrant on three separate occasions. I have found Jim Arrant to be one of the few honest individuals in the residential HVAC business. He even walked me through trouble shooting a furnace that would not fire. I have and will continue to recommend Jim and his team to anyone needing HVAC service! They have a life-long customer in me!

It was July 5th and an observed Holiday. OurAC went out the night before, we called and left a message not sure anyone would get back to us. Within a few minutes Mike called me and asked what he could do. I explained the problem, he said he was off today, but happened to be at the shop and offered to come to our home and see what he could do. It was our capacitor, and he had it replaced in minutes. He was so friendly and honest. We used Arrant after two friends referred them. They are the best and we will for sure use them again without any hesitation. He was honest and down to earth, gave me some tips about our AC. My husband said if we could give them 20 stars we would!

I recently had my hvac system "cleaned" by a different company, and the job they did was less than desirable. We're trying to sell our home and in a time crunch. The inspector was very negative, but Mike was able to evaluate the system, and get it really clean. Don't be fooled by scammy chains offering fake tune ups.

Mike is great. He came to my house after a long hot day to get my AC going. Arrant Heating & AC have always been great to work with.

Contacted Jim once our furnace started acting up and he had his crew come out right away to work on it. They tried as best they could but it was a goner. No problem though because the next day he had his crew come out and replace it! Very fair company, no bsing, just honest business. Awesome company to work with with very friendly service members! These guys are phenomenal! They did great service calls and are friendly and easy to work with. When it came time to replace our AC and furnace they were the ones we went to. A/C went down on Sunday July 4th. Mike Arrant was out here less than an hour after I called. Most places would gouge for a Sunday Holiday call but not Arrant. Was greatly impressed with the service and price. Had my a\c up and running quickly on a Hot day. 1st and only call I made for a reason. Only HVAC company we will use. Thanks Mike for the great service

Tried contacting this company after being referred to them by the official Carrier website and it was very difficult to get ahold of anyone. I had to spam call them when I finally got ahold of someone. I was then told I would have a different number of someone else texted to me to schedule things. Never was given that information and so I texted that person if I could get that number I was promised and they just ignored me. Still haven’t heard back. Very unprofessional.

Called them at around noon because my A/C went out (on the hottest day of the year); they had a very competent & friendly technician out at around 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermostat at a very reasonable cost. He even gave me some good tips on our furnace. So glad I called them; they've gained a customer for life. Highly recommend them!!
