Greg and Drew were an absolute help— walked in with a sieved up AC motor and walked out with them swapping my fan blade me me and everything in 5 minutes. Love these guys and helping everyone just get what they need to get back in business.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! We needed our water heater replaced and got several quotes. This company did the job for half of what other companies quoted us. Nate Christensen, our technician, went above and beyond! He was was friendly, informative, went out of his way to get the job done the same day, and just a great guy. So glad I found them! This company will always be my first choice from here on out.

Had problems with our swamp cooler and decided to get it checked out. The service technician Nick was very knowledgeable and able to fix our problem super quick. He explained everything did, and gave advice on how to keep up better maintenance for the future. We will definitely be going to these guys in the future!

They were great. My dryer quit working just before Easter weekend. I called on Friday and they had a technician to my house Monday. Nick Reyes fixed my dryer. He was polite courteous fast and friendly. I am always happy with their work

I was supposed to get a new swamp cooler installed on my roof. When they showed up they said I had a steep roof ( not true ). I told them how I had installed the one already up there, but it was obvious they didn't want to do the job, and in able to do it they would have to have a crane. There was going to be a extra charge for that so I told them forget it. The installation was all ready way over priced for a simple job.

We are very pleased with the service and prompt response and professionalism. In less than 15 min Lukas Seward was able to fix our AC, had all the parts in his truck and replaced the motor. I called to have a water heater replaced. The business gave me some estimates and indicated that there may be additional expenses if they had to add safety straps to bring the new water heater into compliance with regulations. When the repair person arrived, we were told that it would be $700 more than I was quoted and that he could not do the install that day as promised. I called the girl back who had originally given me the estimate and we very pleasantly agreed that they would come out the following day and we would get it resolved. The next morning I got a call telling me their business was no longer allowed to install water heaters, which was a blatant lie. I treated this business with respect and courtesy and they were dishonest and deceptive in return. Do not consider them. I am highly offended by the way I was treated.

Great response time and a technician that was knowledgeable and properly diagnosed my unit. He was able to get the replacement part and get it installed in a few hours which re established my heat. Thank you for the fast response and great service!

Update 1-6-2022 - The business owner and his staff took the time on two different occasions to spend one on one time with me to go over a wiring schematic so I could properly install a new ignition control module for my furnace. The part had been superseded and required me to update it to a newer unit. I am very impressed that the business took the time to help me install my own unit which in return saved me money by allowing me to do it myself. Not only have they come to my house to service my furnace, they offered me assistance to do something I was able to do on my own. Thank you for running a great business with customer service and satisfaction being the forefront of the business moto! Will continue to use this business for my HVAC needs for years to come! Would highly recommend them!!!!

Service was to repair a washing machine. Nick was the tech that came to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable on the workings of the machine, took the time to show me what the issue was and to explain to me how much the repair would be. Got the part in two business days and showed back up promptly to do the repair. Will definitely use again!

Every experience I have had a Dick Kearsley has been wonderful! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They are always so willing to help. On two separate occasions they have printed information to help my husband repair our appliance on his own, saving us lots of money! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
