Alan and his team did a great job of diagnosing what was wrong with my air conditioner got me a universal motor for my fan the next day and had it wired right up in the middle of the summer. Awesome customer service awesome technicians. These guys have a customer for life.

Kudos to Jason on providing service on my A/C unit...he diagnosed the problem as being a bad fan motor; however, upon replacing it found that it was much more than that. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to arrange for a new unit to be installed. AWESOME TECHNICIAN!! Thank you Jason!

I have used them quite a bit in the past and they were always very professional and helpful. However, this time one of the technicians came out and went ahead and fixed the dishwasher without asking for our permission and charged us $136 for two burnt wires. They called us liars and told us we had told them to do it. Even the manager knew something was amiss but did not want to do anything about it. It’s sad that they don’t put loyal customers first and don’t really care to look at our history to determine our credibility. If you get a bad technician, you’re on your own.

I use to think they were over priced and I actually have found quite a few things I need there that were cheaper then the bigger home improvment stores. We have also used their services for appliance repairs. They are fast and friendly and covid compliant.

Extremely helpful staff!! I have always been happy with their customer service. I was able to talk with a repair technician and over the phone diagnose the issue with my A/C. What could have been a time and a half service call turned out to be a $1 fuse I installed myself. Thank you for all the fine service.

I came into their shop with an issue and needed to order a part. When that didn't work I showed the manager exactly where the problem was and asked the guy what he thought. He made up this big story about how my AC unit was toast and I needed a technician out there ASAP. I ordered a service guy out there and he looked at me and said "you just forgot to hit the reset button after replacing the part" They charged me $65 to tell me that. That was strike 2. The first time I had them come out to one of my rentals they told me I needed to replace my system. I got a second opinion and it was a $200 fix. I just don't think they are honest.

They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us identify the issue with our furnace. Jon explained it in very simple terms that even someone with absolutely no furnace experience could understand. Alan also went and got us a part on his lunch break so that we could have it faster. Highly recommend this service center.
