Stop your search, don't go anywhere else! We had two water heaters removed, and two new water heaters installed in a completely new location to finish a basement and give us an additional bathroom. We also had a new water softener installed, as well as had some ventilation ran. Work was absolutely top notch, tight, and clean. No shortcuts were taken, and work was extremely efficient. The workers listened to my needs, and did it without question! Highly recommend. Best HVAC business on the planet!

I was recently told about this business at the beginning of the year and called up my friend who worked for them to help me out with an issue I was having with my garage heating system. He came the same day, was very knowledgable about what was going on, and found out what the problem was within the first 10 minutes of being there. I have literally never had a good experience with a heating and air company in eden until I called Grimes. All of the big companies love to come out and tell you you need a new unit or something massive is wrong with it, and most of the time they seem to be lying to upsell you. Because of this great experience I had with Grimes, decided to come help them with their website design and decided to write this review. (I only decided to do this after receiving great service, I was not originally employed or anything by them when they helped me) This is a good company with real people who actually wanna help you with your problem. They save people thousands just because it is the right thing to do. I will never call anyone else to look at my heating and air stuff.
