Adam at Silverfern was an absolute lifesaver! Our AC went out during the hottest part of summer and he was at our house that day. He had our system up and running in no time and he took the time to explain what he was doing and what the problem was. When he was finished he showed us what we needed to do for system maintenance and gave us his phone number in case we had follow up questions. Adam replaced my furnace and AC unit. When We first spoke I told him about my A/C problems, we had a good discussion about what my options were. He gave me an excellent quote I couldn’t refuse and honestly made me feel like I had made a good choice then and now. He honored the same quote even after having to add a few unexpected parts and He didn’t try to up-sale me on anything. He gives huge discounts if you use non-card payment. I've had Silver Fern Heating and Cooling install a central air conditioner and a water heater. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and Adam was very respectful and honest with his work and pricing. I have also had them conduct routine maintenance on my furnace. He explained everything that was inspected in an easy to understand manner and he also gave me some tips that I could do to help maintain my furnace to avoid costly repairs.
