    BEWARE!!! The WORSE company ever! They quoted us one price, we agreed and one day before our scheduled repair, they called and said the price would be triple the first quote. WTH! We asked why was there such a drastic increase in the price, they said because some things were missed. I started questioning the new quote and the guy was very rude and unprofessional! Do not waste your time!! Called TEXAS HEATING & AIR, now this is an HONEST, RELIABLE & PROFESSIONAL company.

    A very nice and professional gentleman name Eric helped me in getting scheduled for ac service. I expressed how urgent it was due to I had that day off and my other days were on a crazy schedule. He informed me that he would see what he could do to assist me. He also mention about getting the air ducts clean. I did that as well. Thank you so much Eric for all your help.

    Our AC Tech James identified the specific part that needed replacing. James ordered the part and made sure Next Gen Air had the part in-hand before scheduling the installation. James, also, identified that my AC Freon needed recharging; this was Gr8 customer service. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž

    These guys are great. They come when they say they are going to come, and they do a good job at a fair price. My AC upstairs went out last night, and it was like a sauna up there. They came out today, explained what was wrong and fixed it. I have also had them out to service the ACs before the summer heat starts and replace fancy filters every 6 months. You have to go in the attic to do it, and itโ€™s tricky. Itโ€™s just better for them to do it. I highly recommend.

    Recently had Next Gen Air come out to service my A/C. Had Chris, Nate, and a few others come out to work on my persnickety 2006 A/C unit. You guys were awesome and very professional !! Kudos to James and Misty for being relentless during COVID in finding my shortage/specialized parts to get me back up and running !!
