    I contacted Next-Gen Air at 7:50am and Nate was at my door by 9:30 that same morning! Nate throughly explained the issues with my HVAC system and what actions could be taken for both short and long term solutions. Great professional service! Thank you!

    This review started badly due to communication issues with Bobbie Jones, the Warranty Manager. I posted a negative review over the weekend and requested the owner call me. He did so on Monday morning and spent an entire hour (60 minutes) on the phone with me explaining my options and how we can resolve the issue. He apologized for the lack of follow up, and was extremely informative regarding my options to repair my issue. Every employee has bad days, and or/bad habits that can be improved upon by working with management - but when the owner reaches out to correct an issue with a customer it says a lot about the integrity of the company and makes all the difference in the world. I'd gladly recommend NextGen Air for HVAC work.

    You cannot do better than Next Gen. Robert is one of the best techs I've ever come across. Super polite and knowledgeable. Explained everything and even a second time when I wasn't sure what he meant. Would recommend in a heartbeat. And will use in future.

    My experience initially with Next Gen Air was a bit rocky. However after speaking with the owner the situation was resolved professionally and to my satisfaction. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family in the future. They need to reconsider doing business with American Home Shield which is a very unethical unscrupulous warranty company.

    Oscar, Austin were awesome repairing my unit. Keith troubleshoot my issue and found and repaired a previous issue that another company before him never did. Don't sleep on NextGen Air for your HVAC needs

    I have American Home shield and they recommended Next Gen to me. I am not going to bore you with all of the details because there are lots of details. I would just tell you that if AHS recommends them or you are thinking about doing business with them, please save yourself the trouble and tell AHS that you want another company to come out. I had to get a second opinion after this tech came out and it was totally different than what Next Gen said it was. This company is very very unprofessional.

    Justin came and addressed out malfunctioning AC and identified the issue so quickly. He was sweet to my kids and dogs, efficient, and friendly. Will definitely be calling again should we need another service!

    Robert with Next Gen was absolutely great. He was timely, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He communicated effectively for when he would arrive and was effective and efficient once he got here. I am saving the paper work for sure and will be asking for him next time.

    My A/C was blowing, but not cool air. I couldn’t figure out what was going on so I called you guys. My technician, Justin made it out to my house quick, fixed the problem in a matter of minutes, and even took the time to explain what was wrong. I have since forgot his explanation, but he was so quick, polite, and professional that it gives me more of a reason to call again next time I have an issue with my unit. Thanks again!
