Next Gen Air

These men were wonderful. Being elderly I get nervous with people coming into my home, but when I met Len and talked to him he was so nice. I felt comfortable right away. Now, I know who to call again when I have trouble with my heat or air conditioning. Thank you Next Gen Air for providing excellent workers.

When I called this company my AC had not been working for a day and a half and it was 95 degrees outside. The response was prompt, the technican that completed the work-Keith Fuller was knowledgeable and professional and was able to tell me quickly what the issue was, how much it would cost and was able to repair my AC unit quickly. Great service, great price and great technician. Will definitely use this company again!!

After 5 trips to our house and many replacements of different parts I can say the issue appears to be resolved I wanted to give it a couples days or a week before I edited my review. first let me say all of the technicians that came out were kind and courteous. There was no issue with them more so with the timing it took to get the air up and running and the heat conditions we had to endure during the process. I will say after voicing my concerns Russell was very adamant about making sure our issues were fixed and we appreciate that. Thank you so much

What a great experience in the middle of summer to deal with a company that will make it out when promised, handle your issue, and be honest in what needs to be replaced. Had another company out that wanted to do a full system redo, but after working with NextGen, they spoke to me honestly on what needed to be done, and made it happen. I will always refer anyone needing A/C work to this great company. Thank you for getting my wife, new baby, and most importantly step-mom back in a cool situation!!

Justin came out to service our heater, he got here on time and got straight to doing what he needed to. Very polite, professional and friendly, even to my nosy toddler and large obnoxious pup! Would definitely recommend Next Gen.

Chris, Lynn and Cody did a phenomenal job installing the AC and furnace under 6 hours in the rain for AC furnace and thermostat installation found some issues during installation and repaired them rather than just patching them made sure everything was explained and understood prior during and after the installation couldn't be more satisfied with the work performed!! Will definitely be using them again!

Chris your service tech is excellent. Had our air up and running in 15 minutes. Good words about the company also. You scheduled us for the same day I called. I have MS and can't tolerate the heat and y'all took that in consideration. If we have any more issues ( hopefully not) but I would request Chris every time. Thank you .

Next Gen Air is an outstanding company with honest hardworking employees that provide spectacular service. They came out to my house and fixed my issue within 24 hours of my call. I would definitely recommend this HVAC company.
