Next Gen Air

* I had previously given this company a great review because I thought they had fixed my AC issue. Turns out, the next day my system went out again. It was out for over three weeks, with them returning 6-8 times to replace or repair something else. The techs that came were all very nice and respectful, but I don't feel like the customer service from those who answer the phone was good at all. I also asked multiple times to speak to the owner - I was told each time that he wasn't available but he'd call me back. I never received a phone call from him. They finally said there's nothing else that can be done to my system and it should be working fine. I had to get a different company involved and they were able to get the job done.

Next Gen Air did a fantastic job with my AC repair. Justin was professional, on time, informative and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I've recommended them to others many times.

I’m very impressed with this company, their communication from scheduling to pricing to when the tech was on his way was AMAZING! Justin was our tech today and he was very professional and was able to educate me on steps we can take moving forward. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me areas of concern with pictures! He was top notch!! I highly recommend Next Gen Air!

Chris and Len were both phenomenal! They came to install my heater and went beyond all my expectations. They were both professional yet so nice, even loved on my dog before I put him in his crate. It is so rare to find both value and competence that I felt I had to come write a review. You better believe I will be using Next Gen Air again. I can not thank you guys enough!

Wow just had the best experience with Next Gen Air! They were able to come out fast and were here when promised. Chris was very professional and explained the problem. We were so impressed with the service! We were convinced we would have to replace our old AC unit. Turns out we just needed a part replaced. Love a good honest company that just does the work that is needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Steve was amazing! He was kind, patient and professional. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of! I would highly recommend him and this company!!

Chris is very knowledgeable and a great tech. He was extremely patient and did his best to meet our heating and A/C needs. He took the time to explain what the issues were and how he fixed them. I am impressed with how much the customer service at this company had improved in the last year. I actually feel like they care now. Good job guys. Keep up the good work. Give Chris a raise. Haha

Justin did an awesome job. Very personable and professional. I called Next Gen Air about my heat going out, and Justin was at our door in under 2 hours. He was able to bypass the faulty part in under 30 minutes to get us heat while they order a replacement. I would definitely recommend Next Gen Air.

Update: Justin came back out a week later for an unrelated problem and had it diagnosed in just 10 minutes. Next Gen Air is great to do business with.

My family has been using Next Gen Air for installations and repairs on our heating and air the past couple of years. We're all really happy with the work and the workers. We always request Len and his guys when we call to make an appointment. He's the best. Thank you Next Gen Air for hiring great guys!

Justin was my tech. He showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and got the job done! He also explained the issues/repair in simple to understand terms for someone that does not work heat/air. I appreciate that. I will be recommending the company to friends and family.

Len and Chris from Next Gen Air came out and did a previous full reinstall of our inside unit and were great at communicating what they were doing and why. Today they helped figure out a high pressure switch issue and were on time, professional and communicated every step of what they were doing. Extremely thankful for their services and would highly recommend! Thank you Len and Chris from Next Gen Air!
