    On 10/12/2020 I called Next Gen Air regarding an A/C issue and they were very prompt with sending Cody to my home within 2 hours to evaluate the problem. Cody arrived on time and was very professional and efficient with diagnosing the problem and repairing the issue. This was our second encounter with this business and we have been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

    Chris From Next Gen came to service my homes central AC and he was fantastic! Very honest, realistic and knowledgeable. He was in and out and got the job done, right. I had ARS perform the tune up initially and I wish I had Chris from Next Gen do it. I learned very quickly Chris and Next Gen care about their customers and treat them right.

    I can't say enough good things about Next Gen Air. They stepped up when our home warranty (AHS) could not. First, let me state that any inadequacies of the home warranties (in our case, AHS) should NOT reflect on Next Gen Air. I was told a number of times by AHS that they contacted Next Gen Air, when it absolutely was not the case. Thankfully, I reached out myself and they were able to get things done. Next Gen Air's customer service is stellar! Molly's communication and customer service was top notch. She displayed that Next Gen Air truly cares about their customers. Nathan and his crew were professional and quick! Nathan is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Basically, we ultimately did decide to invest in a new system as our old system was broken and outdated. Instead of continuing to receive the "run around" from AHS and face the Texas heat week after week, we turned to Next Gen Air and they provided us with temporary cooling up until they could provide a permanent solution. We are extremely happy with this company and would recommend anyone to them. They are amazing!

    Nexgen air is number one first class quality company. They really do go over and beyond in taking care of their customers. Their manager Russel is very customer /detail oriented. He was patient and answered all of my questions, concerns and inquiries in a timely manner. The staff is same. Its not about just getting the job done, but it’s about ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction, and building long lasting relationships with their customers. I strongly recommend them.

    Let me start by saying my relationship started through a Home Warranty Company.

    Next Gen air came out and diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit. They took approximately 5 days to report the problem to the Home Warranty Company. They then charged me $1,100 dollars in out of pocket un-covered items at a 100%+ markup, while only charging the Home Warranty Company approximately $350 for parts and labor on installing an entire Air Handler Unit. I got quotes from other companies that were $2500-$4000 for an Air Handler replacement.

    I am told that contractors are ranked and will receive less work from the Warranty Company base on how much money they charge to the warranty company. This leads me to believe Next Gen Air is charging them way less than necessary while charging me more to make up for the actual cost of replacing an air handler.

    It should be noted that everyone I spoke with at Next Gen Air was extremely polite and professional. However - as long as they are doing business with a warranty company, which requires less than ethical actions, I cannot rate them above 2 stars.

    Edit: I have bumped the score up to 5 stars since they are moving away from the sketchy world of Home Warranty. The owner of this business is very down to Earth.

    Lyn, Cody, and Cory did an exceptional job installing our unit. They were professional and very respectful. They worked non- stop for several hours and made sure that they cleaned up before they left .
    We were very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them for any future jobs . Thx!

    Amazing service. Thoroughly impress how quickly I was able to be scheduled. DJ was awesome. He seems to have solved an issue even the original installer could not. Our humidity upstairs was reading 72%! Since his visit it’s down to 56% within just a few hours. He even called a few hours after his visit to check and see how it was doing. I highly recommend DJ and Next Gen.

    I had next Gen Air come out today to work on my heating system and I met Cody Boyd A service technician for this company. I explained to Cody my current problem and he went to work and he got it fixed in no time at all. He explained the problem and if I had any questions he answered them. He picked up after himself like if he was never here. It's hard to find someone these days that is good at his job that's very professional about it and takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend him and Next Gen air for your A/c and heating work. Thanks again Cody
