These guys are the real deal, couldn't be happier with our service with Danco. We recently finished a new build in Nov of 2021 and have had extreme humidity issues due to an oversized unit and a missing fresh air damper. We consulted with other reputable companies in the area who conducted brief observations of our system and informed us that an oversized unit was likely causing our humidity issues. Danco was different. Our technician, Anthony evaluated our home's insulation report and window ratings, took measurements of each room, and provided a precise load calculation for our HVAC system in accordance with local regulations. This calculation showed the unit oversized by upwards of 2 tons, and we were able to proceed with a plan of action to solve the issue from there. Anthony was extremely professional, polite, and very precise in his evaluation of our home's HVAC system. Cannot thank Danco enough for their help, and we'd recommend their services over any competitor in the area.

In today's day and age of hit or miss service, you know you will be cared for with Danco. We have had service through Danco before, enrolling in their service plan. I did not hesitate to call them when water started running out of the relatively new micro split and all over counters and floors in my workshop. Mitchell was dispatched and determined the unit had been installed incorrectly. He made corrections, serviced the unit and left me satisfied.

Christopher is professional, wears protective booties over shoes in your home, explains everything and is very personable. I have very pleased with Danco since day 1. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!@
