Mitchell McIntosh was my service person. He was friendly, explained all that needed to be done, which included taking the unit apart and doing a deep clean. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and put back and working, and yet didn't take forever to do his job. Very nice work ethic.

Installers got my indoor and outdoor units change and removed in a day. Danco also worked to get the price within my budget.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Danco is a fantastic company. Our AC went out around 10pm last night. We submitted an email around 6:30 this morning and had a call before 7:30am! They were completely booked and let us know they would try everything the could to take care of us today. It’s 3:30pm and they have already taken care of us and replaced the capacitor that went out. I’m so impressed and I highly recommend! Robert is the technician that came out. He was extremely kind and very informative.

I’ve been using Danco since moving to the Waco area. They usually show up the day I call. The technician (Robert) that has been servicing my problem AC unit for the last couple of years has been one of the best that has ever worked on my house. He remembers my unit, what he did over the last couple of years, and my goals regarding the insane service life of my (probably) antique A/C. He will describe any problems that he finds and will explain the pros and cons of addressing each issue. Nothing is high pressure sales or done without your direct input. Sure, there are less expensive hvac service companies but you cannot beat the level of professional service you will get from Danco.

Mitchell McIntosh was our serviceman. He responded quickly to our request and came out on a Sunday to unclog our AC drain. The job was done quickly and cleanly and Mitch walked us through every step clearly. Really appreciate the professionalism.

I have used a few different HVAC companies in Waco and after having two appointments so far with Danco, I don't think I will be going with anyone else. Robert Westmoreland came out to diagnose my system and he was so kind, and thorough. He was very transparent and showed me exactly what he was checking and what his findings were. I know it must be annoying for these guys when the homeowner is standing over their shoulder, but Mr. Westmoreland was very courteous and showed me everything. I then had an appointment with Anthony to get a quote on a new system and he was amazing. The customer service skills with these guys is top notch. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Did a completely new system inside and out along with new duct work. They were super professional and kind. I definitely appreciated the gentlemen that worked so hard during these ridiculously high temperatures to get our AC installed and running. They never left without us at least having air running to keep us cool.
