Technician Robert W. just left my home. Very friendly and informative. Answered all my questions. Professional. Danco came very highly recommended on Nextdoor in my neighborhood. I'm very happy I decided to choose them. Was given a wonderful parting gift of a nice coffee mug. 🙂 Looks like I have an extremely old unit that will need to be replaced. But I had already anticipated that.

Requested service on Tuesday, late afternoon, service tech Robert Westmoreland showed up first thing Wednesday morning as promised. Wanted repair work on older downstairs system installed years ago by another firm and routine maintenance for the new upstairs system that Danco installed fall of 2020. Roger is a really thoughtful, customer-oriented guy and ran the various options for repair only, diagnostic only, repair plus maintenance agreement (Comfort Care) etc. etc.. . . . about 4 different scenarios according to benefit and cost. The best option was obvious to me due to the clear way he laid it out. I would definitely recommend Danco to anyone considering a new system, or maintenance / repairs. And specifically, I hope they send Robert next time - I really feel like he was working on my behalf to deliver the best service with the lowest cost. I AM REALLY IMPRESSED. To Robert's supervisor - I hope you read this - and I hope you let Robert know I ratted him out for great service. Looking at all the other reviews - looks like my experience is pretty much the norm for them. Way to go Danco. Tell your techs their courtesy attentiveness is really important to us customers. It's not just management "blah-blah-blah, ya'll need to do a good job" yakety-yak. :-)

We’ve used DANCO for years to service our home HVAC units and they’ve always been professional, friendly and timely. Robert serviced our geothermal unit today and found low Freon and low water pressure in the loop, causing it to operate inefficiently. He explained the pertinent issues to me, repaired it quickly and had it back to cooling like new. Thanks Robert!

When our AC system broke, they were prompt in returning our calls and scheduling our repair. They took the time to explain to us in detail the problem and clearly made our repair a priority for them. The technicians were respectful and professional. After having a less than impressive experience with another local company, we will be using Danco for now on.

I had a mini split system installed there were 14 men working on getting everything done and ready. There were electricians and HVAC installers. They started at 9 o’clock am and were finished at 4 o’clock pm. There was only one issue about three days after the install some of the freon had leaked out. I made a call to them in 15 minutes they were here and getting the minor problem fixed. As for DANCO’s professionalism they are really good from Anthony Elfrez who sold us the system to Tim the main installer to Robert the repair technician. We are very happy with our Mini Split System Installation from Danco. Thank to everyone who was involved.
