Grateful to have such a smooth process. From the time we called about the ac not working, to the installation of the new system. Mich (tech) explained the process - options on waiting till later or moving ahead with the a new system.
Appointment with Anthony- he further explained the options of system available. Financing/ Rebate in place etc.
The installer team was absolute amazing. They brought a portable ac to run during the process. They were efficient; worked steady from around 8am to around 5. By the end of the day. Area was cleaned - cold Air running. Plus we were given a quick lesson on how to operate the new system.

We have been with Danco for over three years. We now have both of our heat pumps/hvac/duct work replaced, plus Danco installed new HVAC at our daughter and son-in-laws house. All experiences have been great. Shout out to Anthony, Tim and all of the installers. They were all awesome, courteous, and thorough. Responsiveness to issues that came up was also very prompt. Mitch McIntosh is the best technician and always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! Y’all are great!

My experience with DANCO started with a possible gas leak related to my furnace in early October. Scheduling a tech was easy. My system was maybe 40 years old and the tech suggested replacement as parts for repair wouldn't be available. My only fault with the tech was being told that the diagnostic payment would be applied to purchase/installation if I went through the company. It does not.
I met with Anthony from sales a few days later. Very professional and thorough in checking the system, encouraged questions and maintained communications during the shopping process. (I still haven't heard from one of their competitors). He provided four options and price ranges and explained each at length. I chose DANCO and we scheduled the install. Before the day Anthony came out with an installation supervisor to check the work area and make plans.
Yesterday morning (10/26/22) the 3-man crew arrived on time and began work. The outside unit was done by noon and the rest of the system install including tests went on until 530. Luis and his partner did a great job working under the house making sure that the unit was raised off the ground and that all connections, pipes, ducts, wiring, etc were done properly.
I never heard of DANCO before a few weeks ago. But I'm convinced that I made the right choice in signing with them.

Very pleasurable and professional techs. Explained things well. Was supposed to take two days work and they did it in one day.

Mitchell came out this evening and fixed our AC unit after it stopped working abruptly this afternoon. He was attentive, timely and professional while working with us to get a speedy repair so we had air conditioning in the home for us and our boys. Would recommend Danco and Mitchell time and time again. Will definitely be using them for maintenance and any issues in the future.

Danco came as a referal from my neighbor. When I called the receptionist, she was very nice and patient, she gave me a rundown of how they operate, and everything went through just as I was told. The company is super organized.
The technician that came to our house John Cannon was very professional, nice and informative. I definitely will recommend and use this company again.

Beau and Logan were very professional, explaining everything they were doing as well as the issues they encountered. Danco may not be the least expensive, but they install quality products and provide quality service. Highly recommended.
