Danco Comfort Services is the BEST! I can’t thank them enough for helping us out — from beginning to end they were on top of everything and made our experience as easy and seamless as possible.

As a first time homeowner, I truly didn’t know what to expect and what would happen if one of our major appliances gave out. I have heard other people’s stories with similar situations, and it has never been positive… Because of this, I am going to take the opportunity to brag on Danco and their team of people.

Wednesday night our A/C went out. The weekend was quickly approaching, and I immediately began to stress about how much this would cost us and how long we would have to wait before someone could schedule a time to come by.

So Wednesday at 11:47pm, I started googling and came across Danco’s website in which I was able to request an appointment within minutes.

I had a representative call me promptly Thursday morning at 8am, and a technician arrived to assess the situation a few hours later. Rather than repair our fossil of a unit, our best option was to purchase a new one. Before the technician left, he called to schedule an appointment with Anthony who would best explain our options.

Two hours later, Anthony arrived, walked us through the entire process, and answered all of our questions. He helped us select the most efficient yet cost effective unit for our home. However, what I didn’t expect was when he asked us, “Would you like your unit installed tomorrow?” 😳 Absolutely we do!🙌🏼

Friday morning two gentleman arrived at our house to remove the old unit and install the new. Luis was very knowledgeable, and we greatly appreciate his team’s hard work and diligence!

Within 28 hours we were back in business! I can’t thank Danco enough for making this such a positive experience with a quick, easy, and streamlined process! If your home is in need of services, they are highly recommended!

Danco is great!! We are extremely pleased with our system. Anthony & Beau are the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. The did a great job and a great clean up after they finished. I highly recommend Danco.

John Cannon with Danco was excellent! The service window was 1-5pm and he came right around 1. Since our AC had been out for over 24 hours (in 100+ degree summer weather!), every minute mattered. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes of inspection. AC was up and running within 5 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and communicative. We are now members with Danco. I highly recommend their services!

John Cannon from Danco Comfort Services was great. He quickly diagnosed what the problem was ( another AC repair co couldn’t figure it out ?) &, promptly fixed the unit. I would highly recommend this business.

Danco showed up on time as promised. The crew were all professional. Performed services as quoted. Tested all equipment and vents. Had a few minor issues but they returned promptly to correct. Easy company to work with. Very happy with the results. Anthony was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Danco was very helpful from the folks whom we spoke over the phone ( Jessica, Loreal apologies if I did not get the name right) to the dispatcher, Abel for facilitating for this current job that we felt was hopeless due to time constraint and most especially to our technician Mitchell who came out to provide the service. It was very re assuring to have a skillled, pleasant technician like Mitchell. He texted to let us know he was on his way and took his time and did a very thorough job. He explained exactly what he was doing. Have not seen this great level of customer service in ages. The company is well organized, shows up on the agreed time. Never makes false promises but shows accurate work output.

The 2 Men (Bo and his Assistant) did a very clean and thourough installation of a new AC/Heating System for our home.

I found these two men to be very dependable and would highly recommend them for any job.

I have some issues with the performance of the system but it has NOTHING to do with the installers.

I have contacted Anthony and made him aware of my issues.

I’m so thankful I called Danco! The tech, Logan, showed up to my house about an hour after I called to make an appointment which was awesome. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and he thoroughly explained everything to me and gave me his honest recommendations. He was easy to be around and he got us all fixed up! Anytime we have an HVAC issue or maintenance we’ll be calling Danco and asking for Logan!!

Will definitely be calling them again for any services needed. Very professional our tech Robert Westmoreland answered each question I had and took time to explain answer in a way I would understand! Showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it. Very knowledgeable! The problems he found gave me solution choices and explained prices, and explained how it could affect my unit if not attened to. Was not pushy about up selling or anything! Best service I have ever had in a home maintenence need! Will definitely be referring to anyone one who asks.

Mitch did a great job. He was able to fit us in on a weekend, was responsive, on time, and got our A/C running same day at a fraction of the cost of other companies.
