Our Air Conditioning System went out and needed replaced. We contacted Danco. Anthony came out and spent time asking what we liked or didn’t like about our old system and how each room felt when heating or cooling. He then went around to each room to measure and determine what the output in each room should be. After looking at the old system in the attic he made recommendations on what needed to be changed. We went with his recommendations and couldn’t be happier with how it is cooling and heating the house now.

Luis and his team did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new one. They removed all the old duct work and equipment. Set the new unit up in a better location in the attic to improve circulation, installed another return and all new duct work. They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

We are very happy with our decision to go with Danco.

I received a phone call the day prior to confirm appointment for the following day. The day off, the office called and asked if it would be okay to come early as the technicians were running ahead of schedule. They showed up promptly and performed their cleaning and maintenance. The technician, Logan, was informative and provided explanation of each task he was doing as well as provided feedback and demonstration. He was courteous and professional. Logan was great! He went above and beyond to try to help save us some money by calling the warranty company for us. Unfortunately, the AC company that installed our AC unit on an almost brand new house wired everything completely wrong. Logan spent over 7-9 hours trying to fix the mess that another company made. Logan has been extremely helpful and empathetic towards our situation. We are extremely satisfied with Danco!

Longtime customer 15 years). New unit purchased 3 years ago. Since then the capacitor was replaced. Then the coil had a defect and was replaced. When we mentioned our frustration with two major repairs in an essentially new unit the first two years we were told we should talk to Trane about it. No offer to advocate for us despite selling us the system.
The unit quit working again and this time we were told the previously cracked coil allowed coolant to leak onto the wiring and eventually this corroded the wiring harness and cause a possible short in the blower. Trane was unable or unresponsive to sending us the parts we required and that left us without air or heat 4+ months. I’m sure Danco did what they could to secure the part but communicated poorly with us about the part status. Numerous unreturned calls.
The service technicians have all been great and seem very polite and knowledgeable but the whole experience has been very frustrating. Not sure I would buy another Trane product based on my experience.
