I called in at 7am when I noticed our a/c wasn’t working. They got back to me very quickly and said they would try their best to get to me same day. John called after lunch and said he was on the way! John was great and explained what was going on with our unit and addressed all of our concerns. He fixed the issue and now we have a/c again! Would definitely recommend!

About a month or so later our indoor unit took its last breath(it’s over 15 years old). I called Danco again and they were to my house within 20 minutes. A few days later they came back to install new indoor and outdoor units which are working GREAT. Finally the house isn’t 90 degrees anymore!!! Thank you DANCO!!!

Kris Mills was the technician who came out to perform routine maintenance. He was on time, thorough, informative, and just plain professional in every way. My biggest concern with HVAC companies in the past is the constant push to sell you services or equipment that you don't need and I did not get that from this company at all.

I will certainly be using Danco for any future HVAC needs!

This is the second time within a month John has been out to service our AC unit. In both instances he was professional, courteous, and efficient. He not only completed the necessary maintenance, but suggested future ways we could prolong the life of our unit. In the future, I will be going with y’all and will likely request him specifically.
