1/2 HVACs went out and the other 20+yr old HVAC wasn’t keeping up. DANCO came, evaluated the issue and in less than 2 weeks, we are cool better than we were before! Our master bedroom was not well air conditioned and they were able to reroute the vents so that our house is air balanced after 4 years of living in this home!

People were prompt, courteous, and competent. That being said, I paid $109 for diagnostics. The tech said a sensor in the unit was dirty which was causing the problem. Cleaning the sensor would be another $110. However, the $110 only covered the section of the unit with that sensor. Another section also needed cleaning and that would be an additional $130. $352 for 45 minutes on site, no parts necessary. So, I’d be very prompt, courteous, and competent at that rate as well. At the end of the day, they showed up fast and it works. I am thankful for that.
