Tietze was able to come over and troubleshoot my heating system issue within 2 hours. Outstanding!
I have used other companies in the past and they scheduled it for days and weeks ahead and then call back on the date to reschedule further out. I found the company I will be using for all my future Ac/Heating and plumbing work!

Here’s what they did right:
I called around 8am and responded to my needs with an even toned and nice lady who didn’t sound irritated that I was calling early.
Had an appointment scheduled for me about 3 hours later on the same day (7/16/2022).
I received a text with a picture of the plumber who was showing up at my house, Alex Soto.
Alex was dressed professionally, very respectful in speech and demeanor.
Alex worked quickly (finished within an hour) and I felt like the service provided not only fixed, but upgraded the existing water line.
Here’s what they did wrong:
Nothing.

They are a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service was genuinely high and worth it! Hopeful I’ll never need them again, but if I do, Tietze Plumbing already has my business!

Alex was great. Did a quick assessment of the water heater and suggested a perfect replacement. He installed the unit with no issues.

They have been great partner for our business since 2012. The entire team is trustworthy, Edward especially is very knowledgeable and professional Plumbing tech who completes quality work. They have always been there in emergencies in past. Highly recommended for your commercial and residential needs.

I am on a Jon Wayne Plumbing/Electrical service plan. The first time I tried to use my plan for an emergency (in over 2 years of paying) I was told they could come out in 2 weeks. So I called Tietze who came out the same day!!! I had the issue fixed within a few hours instead of having to wait 2 weeks and have additional damage. Tietze is the BEST in San Antonio!!! We now need a new hot water heater. I got 2 things from other companies when I got a quote, 1 company gave me an overinflated price (Jon Wayne) and the other suggested an inferior unit that has horrible ratings (Anchor). Robert with Tietze is the best! He gave me multiple quotes and actually explained things about hot water heaters to me so I could make an informed decisions. I knew Tietze was the clear choice! I won't call anyone else when it comes to plumbing and HVAC ever again. They're continued excellent service and fair pricing have won a client permanently!!!

Edward converted my natural gas stove to propane and it was a difficult job because of the numerous parts to be replaced, the complexity of the range and the lack of detailed instructions by GE!! He figured it all out it and it works beautifully!!

I called Tietze Plumbing on a Saturday, and they sent us someone the same day. Alex Soto was very professional, efficient and got the job done within an hour. I can't say how much we appreciate the good customer service we received and the great quality of work done. 👏 Thank you Alex Soto and Tietz Plumbing.

OMG The best service ever! I have a warranty with CASA Mechanical and will be moving to Tietze! The two gentlemen that came out were polite and professional and were done with our repairs very quickly. I could not be more satisfied!
