Sam was on time very professional and extremely skilled! He completed repairs quickly and explained everything that needed to be done!! Outstanding service. They will get any future business I may have.

Alex the Plumber was great, very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing on the other hand seemed out of line, packages varied from $1800 to $700 to replace a PVR. Approximately a two hour job and if I had the time would have done it myself. Quality of work and quick response is what made me consider using them.

When we noticed water leaking from the system outside, I called SAWS. It was not until a week later that a technician came to look at the problem. When he did, he discovered the leak came from the owner’s side of the system.
Fast forward to me searching for a plumber on Next Door and choosing the highly-rated Tietze Plumbing Company. And I am so glad I did.

Big props to Aaron Taylor from Tietze who discovered the source of the leak and went about replacing the faulty pipe. He explained how the break occurred and what it would cost to repair it. I am thoroughly pleased with the job Aaron did; he is definitely an asset to Tietze. I now have them on my speed dial.

Travis troubleshot the problem right away. Very knowledgeable, which enabled a speedy fix with no down time. Very nice and customer friendly! Will definitely use him again.

This was Travis' second trip to our home for an unrelated plumbing issue. He was thorough in checking out our system to solve a water heating issue in the shower. He provided sound advice on maintaining the system and how to get warranty support from our fixture manufacturers. I highly recommend Tietze Plumbing. I needed a quick fix as fast as possible. I called Tietze Plumping and they were able to come out that day and get everything handled. From the person who scheduled my appointment to Aaron, the technician, everyone was incredible professional and polite. I will recommend Tietze to anyone who ask for any plumbing issues.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this plumbing company and will never use them. I requested a call back from a Manager or Owner twice.

I advise dispatcher individual, we were the homeowners and they will be serving our rental property. The plumber communicated with our renter and next thing we know we have a bill we did not agree on. We agreed on a next day service not a 8pm after hours.

I also gave my billing information 3x to dispatcher at the time of call. A year later, I get a call from them stating they are trying to collect. I advise no bill or telephone follow up has been given. She advise she had a wrong email and received my first bill as notice of lien a year later. I also advise the older lady that her billing software should have advise invalid email and if they called sooner this matter could have been fixed.

Tietze plumbing was a blessing, needed some plumbing pipe repair done. They provided me same day service with a great plumber in Sam. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services you would need.

Travis was AWESOME!!! I had to have all the plumbing in my well house replaced because they all burst with the winter blast. He did an amazing job!! It took him most of the day but the piping is almost like art work it looks so efficiently placed. I have much more room for storage as he repositioned water softener and pressure tank. He said “I’ll stay as long as it takes to get u up and running.” Great guy, great attention to detail, great service. Thank you Travis.

Tietze sent someone out as soon as available. I called today, they said tomorrow, I got today when a plumber became available. Every other plumber I called was 2 or 3 weeks out on their calendar. Sam came and unclogged our drain. The price was very fair for all the time he took to do it. AND the company sent me a text with Sam's picture and rating before he came out! How cool is that?! So I knew who would show up without being tricked by some random creeper showing up at my door. I greatly appreciated that feature. I will be using Tietze again if I have another plumbing issue.
