The team that came out was very helpful in keeping me informed and allowing me to request the end result that I felt necessary.

I thought John Pace was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The only other thought I have which has nothing to do with him is it seemed a little high priced for about an hour and a half’s worth of work. But my problem was solved and that’s what counts.

Had a major issue with the pipes, called and they had a plumber out within hours (this was on a weekend!). They were able to find the issue and schedule the repair the next day (they need to order parts). Great service, great communication, will be using again!

Scheduler failed to tell me about weekend rates and response charges. Repair work was completed 3 to 4 months ago and there should be covered. Repair person was not informed of previous work and gave me a quote of over $ 500.
