This young man that was dispatched to our house was incredible! I believe his name is Sam James. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the plumbing problems and fixed everything that we had requested from the company. If it where up to me, for future references if anything happens to our home that needs professional plumbing attention, I would only wants Sam James dispatched to us. He built a friendly customer rapport with us and will welcome him to our home anytime of need.

Inspection was initially for rotten egg smell coming from master toilet. When the technician Sam arrived, the smell had dissipated. However, he took the time to do a thorough inspection of all plumbing sources throughout the home. He also tested the water. We are very pleased with the professionalism and great customer service we received from Sam at Tietze plumbing. We will definitely recommend this company to our neighbors and friends.

So nice! The pipes above our water heater were leaking and the shutoff valve wasn't working. They came over right away and fixed it. They texted ahead of time with the picture of the person who was on the way. I would absolutely call them again if we need anything.

These guys are great! On time, very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me anything extra or push some useless warranty that most of the other companies do. I would highly recommend Tietze.

Willie was great! Replaced a headache of a toilet with a new one. Nice, clean install. No wobbles, all level and left no mess.

Travis was very responsive, knowledgeable, and overall great to deal with. He quickly identified the issue and repaired it just as quickly. He educated us on how often that particular leak normally happens and how to identify it in the future before it gets as bad as it was today.
I also got testy with the dispatch lady, Becky and she was absolutely professional and I quickly apologized, I was indeed over zealous! I thank you all very much and will certainly call again.

Update** Alex was awesome. He was on time and very professional. He asked if I had checked the breaker for my garbage disposal. I said I did...then he installed the disposal and it still didn't work. He went to check the breaker...yeeeppp. Lol. Anyway, he did a fantastic job. Cody (I think that was who was with him) was just as professional and knowledgeable. I love yall!
