Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst plumbing experience ever. Charged $369 to run a snake down the drain out and nothing was fixed. Still clogged and now poorer for the experience. Another plumber did the same work less than one year ago and was able to fix the problem. One year warranty is a joke! Do NOT use this company. Over-priced and bad work.

No repair, just an analysis to locate and stop the leak in the kitchen - over $900.00.
Pro: Alex was knowledgeable in his analysis and plugging the pipe.
Con: His quote to do the repair had changed when he returned to the office. To do the repair was nearly 4,000 - 4,500 more than what he originally quoted.
Decision: We went with another company to do the repair and saved 4,000.00. I'm glad we got other quotes.
