I used Tietze for the first time today, May 16th. We had a water leak in the front yard.
It turned out that there was a leak associated with the pressure regulator valve.
Willie came out with his assistant David to fix it and it only took about 1 hour.
Willie was awesome. He is very friendly and informative. I give him 10 stars.
With that said, for what they did, parts and labor, was way way over-priced. Nothing against Willie, the price quote came from the office. If we ever have any more plumbing issues we will call Tietze and ask for Willie, but they need to reexamine their pricing.

The plumbers installed a water softener. Sounds easy until you realize that this 30 yo house has no connections and no one knew where the main water line came in. The guys spent one whole day digging until finally it was found on the total opposite side of the house from the garage/laundry room where it needed to go. They spent the next day running the line through the wall and attic to connect it all. Throughout it all they were courteous and professional. Best of all the quote never changed from what was quoted at the initial time of service despite all the setbacks in finding the main line. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

Guy was great. With all the pipes burst and work being done I didnt get service till about 4 or 5 hours later than expected and I wish I had updates telling me that instead of calling. However the service was great and accomplished the job. It's a rough time so I dont fault them on the timing. The dude came out in the dark under my house and got it done!

Tankless hot water heater started leaking. Called Tietze and Anthony was there within 2 hours. Great job!

Travis was professional, friendly and efficient. He identified the problem, explained what the repair would entail and then repaired my active leak quickly.

Plumbing inspection as i moved into a new home. Initially, I had 5 stars but after some time, I realized that the $250 they charged me was not really worth it. They did not perform anything more than what the home inspector did. I at least hoped they would run a camera throughout my system to make sure that all pipes were intact and look for potential issues. I also had a different time that I used them at my place of employment. They have historically been good but the crew that came out clearly did not want to have to do the work that was required. They quoted an astronomical price. Having trusted them before for other significant work at my place of employment, I took them at their word. Because of the quotes scope of work, we did seek out a second quote. The other company identified where the issue was within 30 minutes and competed the repair for 1/3 of what it would have cost with Tietze. I wish the crew would have just said, “this is more work than we really want to do.” If you choose Tietze, te work they do is fine and gets the job done. But make sure you receive more and just their quote for the scope of work.

Alex was extremely professional and informative about the issue at hand. He repaired the leak quickly and gave us information regarding maintenance.
