I contacted other company that wanted to over-charge me, so I contacted Joe instead and the only thing I regret is not calling him any time sooner. Joe did an excellent job with our regular AC maintenance, explaining exactly what he checked and did and offering advice for keeping our AC system free of debris. I appreciate that he worked us into his schedule so quickly after we called him.

So glad we called Joe with Allstate Air and Heat! We needed our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner replaced. We initially got a quote from a different company with a ridiculously high price to do the work. We called Joe for a second opinion and he came out the next day. Gave us a fair quote for replacing both the furnace and AC. Did the work within the week and we could not be more pleased. Joe is fair and honest and his team is professional and were always on time. Joe was absolutely a godsend. Our air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year. He came as soon as I called after his last call of the evening!
