I joined their service membership and have not been dissapointed. The plan is very affordable with options to pay monthly or yearly. They come out do a thorough inspection of your ac/plumbing and make recommendations on your needs. I enjoy doing business with this company. Their employees are very professional, answer all of your question and are not pushy trying to sell you a bunch of stuff. Today they installed a new watersoftener and filtration system.

I called Shafer Services for same-day help with a leak. Staff were polite & communicated times and what to expect. The plumber was outstanding. He was able to diagnose what was going on and provided guidance about the matter (ended up being a SAWS issue). His customer service was the best. I will call them again for my plumbing needs.

I had my foundation repaired because my house was sinking. While doing the repair, it appeared that the drain pipe was leaking. I called Shafer Services on Friday and they sent a plumber on Monday. The plumbing specialist did a thorough testing of the system and found absolutely no leaks. He did a very thorough job explaining what he was doing. I am very pleased with the outstanding service that was provided.

I called three weeks ago to have my ac unit checked and maintenance. They dealt with my husband. Told my husband that we just needed to clean the unit and the filters. Did not charge for services then. Today my husband got home and it was 90 inside. I got home at 6 and it was 105. Tried calling and nothing. Called Elmer’s and in under 3 hours they were here…tell me how your tech did not see that the inside unit was rusted and on its way to compleat Death. Thanks to your tech this company lost out on a complete system replacement. 17 thousand dollars missed out. GOOD JOB!!!!

Great service by Mike and Sean and they responded quickly. Was thorough and used high quality fittings but you pay a price. I dug the hole. I located the leak before i called them but they did the rest.

The guy that serviced us, MICHAEL ZUNIGA, did an awesome job. We couldn't get our smart thermostat to work properly. Apparently some ants got into our breaker box and damaged it. I have never heard of such things. Michael came out and found the problem quick. He ordered us parts and installed it. Now we have heat during this up and down texas weather. Thats Michael my family appreciate it.

A leak was repaired with new pipe under our house. The service call was prompt. The only issue we have with the service is there was a $411 fee for having to go under our house. Maybe that is typical in this city but I will check around and be better prepared for who to call the next time we have a leak in this old house.
