I have been using Pepcal services for a few years now. I have always been impressed with this company.The owner Jose has excellent knowledge about heating and air conditioners. He is very respectful of your home and has amazing work ethic. Which is hard to find these days. This company is very Honest and will always have my business.

Pepcal is the only AC service we trust in the city. We've used them 3 or 4 times over the last few years for various reasons. They are always responsive, friendly, never "talk down" to me, and I've never felt like they were trying to upsell me on products or services that weren't necessary.

Pepcal has earned a customer for life, and I always refer my friends to them when they discuss HVAC issues.

My air conditioner was running but was not putting out any cool air. I called Pepcal and they came out that day. A motor in the condensor had burned out. Pepcal got the part and had replaced it by noon the next day. I was very happy that the work was done so fast and the price was very reasonable . I have used Pepcal for several years and ALWAYS have great service and FAIR pricing . I have recommended them to my familyand friends and will continue to do so.
This was my 1 year check on my new system . PEPCAL was on time and did a great job of checking everything. My new system runs great.

I called for a quote last October on the recommendation of a friend. I am so happy I did. Gave me a great quote. But decided to wait out the winter to get a new AC/heat system.
When I called last week Jose went out of his way to find a better unit at the same low original quote. Installed three days later! Jose was never pushy or aggressive with the sale. Love his professionalism and follow up after installation. Highly recommend Pepcal!

Jose was very professional and prompt. My husband and I were not at home during the install at 9 am but Jose came back to our house after 4 pm to explain what he did and how to use the thermostat. Pepcal quote was reasonable, the company is liscenced and a member of the BBB. Pepcal will be our AC company from now on. Highly recommend Pepcal AC!!

Our Technician Jose was very knowledgeable in finding the problem to our old AC and Finding a Solution Quick! He showed me first hand on what kind of air we were breathing in from the old unit, and it wasn’t good. Jose offered us a BRAND NEW TRANE System at a Very very affordable price and was able to Install it within a Day! I highly recommend Jose with Pepcal and his Crew for any and All services regarding your AC! 💯

Jose did a fantastic job fixing my AC. He was available the next day after I called when every other AC repair place was telling me I'd have to wait till next week.

Quick edit as of 10/30/18 to say that I called Pepcal out for some additional service my AC needed and it was the same top quality service as the first time. Cannot recommend this guy highly enough!

Pepcal replaced my HVAC in September. Jose's team is very professional & knowledgeable. They were on time and worked efficiently. I love my new A/C. It is nice & cool in here. We sleep so comfortably. Jose and Jose are great! Really good guys. They were respectful & professional. Jose Calderon is a genuine guy. He is trustworthy.
