Honest and went above and beyond would be the best way to describe Pepcal Heating & Air LLC. We called them to take a look at our AC when it stopped cooling. They were very responsive and came over to take a look at the unit the same day. Due to the rain, they could only inspect the inside unit. Once it stopped, they immediately came back another day to inspect and repair the outside unit. That was certainly going above and beyond to help us in Sept heat! We appreciated the quick response and honesty they showed us when repairing our unit. We will definitely be using them again and 100% recommend them.

This Xmas my new heating system failed to work, I made several attempts to contact the company who had done the installation to no avail. In desperation I went online and found Pepcal Heating had excellent ratings. I called at 9:30pm Xmas Eve and Jose answered, I explained my situation to him, he was professional in his response and told me it was probably something very simple. He told me he could come out and check it for me, I told him Iwas going to wait one more day and try to contact the installer again the next day. No success the next day...I called Jose back Xmas day and scheduled an appointment, Jose arrived and immediately found the issue and fixed a broken wire connection. He also found other wires loose and reconnected them to insure proper contact. He checked for carbon monoxide emission also. This man is a credit and a professional to the heating industry. His prices are affordable and not over inflated like large companys. I would highly recommend Pepcal Heating to everyone, its very hard to find an honest and professional company in todays times. Jose took time out of his holiday schedule to help me and he now has a permanent satisfied customer for years to come. We will be doing buisness agai very soon...Thank you again Jose...
Update June 2022: Pepcal recently replaced my old AC unit with a new 4 ton unit and did an incredible job. Awesome company...

I took a chance on this company after all the positive reviews. It turned out to be great choice! They showed up on time and from diagnosis to repair, it was a very good experience. They didn't try to upsell us on anything. They just did what was requested. I will definitely recommend them and more than like be a repeat customer.

Jose and his technicians at Pepcal have TOTALLY saved me some time and money. Everything from installing a new system, as opposed to cleaning and re-cleaning an old unit, to teaching me more about the system in my home, to friendly reminders of what I need to do. He is honest and dependable, and as long as he's available he will always be our first call when our A/C needs attention.

We were struggling with the Texas heat and humidity when our AC system stopped working. I was feeling overwhelmed still having to work from home and care for a 2 year old. I picked up the phone and was treated like a king from Pepcal. They were very nice and courteous and took the time to teach me about our system and how to keep it running in tip top shape. The company communicated the whole process so that we knew what to expect (no surprises). They followed up several times to ensure everything was working as it should and to answer any questions. Until reading the reviews I didnt realize Jose was the owner of the company. That really changes my review. I was just going to say they preformed exceptional and quick work when they replaced my condenser right before Thanksgiving. But now I would like to say how impressed I am with Jose. I called the number I found on their website at around 7pm and spoke with Jose. He set me up for someone to come out the next day. That says a lot to me about their dedication to their customers when the owner of the company is picking up the phone after hours.
